Lilah helped me fix an issue at had and was very useful because I’m half deaf and her projecting her voice truly helped me while people at DSW just grew irritated with me. She also apologized for the experience. She shared with me that she can have hearing issues sometimes too and try’s to help people with disabilities to have a continuous and lovely shopping experience.

Very poor quality of service. The supervisor Lilah very aggressive and loude when it comes to resolving issues. When I was leaving she started gossiping about me with other co worker. Making me so uncomfortable to shop then I had to go other shoe shop to buy shoes. I asked staff to help to find toddler size 7 shoes he was showing me youth size 7. Supervisor Lilah should use her long tongue and loude mouth to train staff instead of being abusive to customers. Untrained and abusive staff never like to shop at the place like this.

I bought a new nice pair of shoes at the Shoe Company a month ago. The store is large with a good range and variety of shoes and prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The only employee working on a Saturday with long black hair was laughing and chatting with customers in the language as hers and ignored helping me finding the right shoes so I left.

I came into the store looking for a specific pair of new balances I could not find ANYWHERE. Fuad was SO SO SO HELPFUL. He got them ordered into store so I no longer had to do any searching. 10/10 customer service. Thank you so much Fuad !!!!!!!

Sales rep was lovely opened the box to confirm correct size and forgot to remove security tag! Went to put them on the next day and couldn't remove it. Called and they told me I have to go back to the store so they can remove it.Lesson learned "shop online "from the convenience of my home!
