Rob was a great help to us when we were looking for new couches. He was patient with us and very helpful as we made our decision. Nick and Chris did a wonderful job packing our couch for transport and loading it into our trailer.

We dealt with Paul, a sales associate at the Kanata location, a few times now. He’s incredibly patient and helpful and not “pushy” whatsoever. In general, staff is friendly and store is well-stocked and clean. The delivery system is also very good, with real-time updates of the schedule.

Delivery was made within the time promised and app showed the exact arrival time. Two extra items were unloaded and brought to our apartment. I showed the 2 fellows our purchase order and they returned them to the truck. All garbage was removed. The only issue was that we failed to test the bed frame before they left. I tried it a bit later and was concerned when it didn't operate. I checked the connections under the frame and found one bundle of wires was pinched in the frame and found one connection that had not been made. I managed to rectify both issues.
