PLEASE PLEASE have better customer service. It should not take 47 minutes to try on a pair of shoes.I want to add that I had an e gift card when I was buying pots and pans and they required me to PRINT OUT the gift card because they did not have the technology to scan the barcode on my e gift card.Get with the times

I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of service and ignorance from the perfume sales people at this location . They are always chatting and ignoring customers . I especially hate the way one of the sales people( lady with cruella devile )hairstyle ignores me every time I try to approach her to buy perfume . She will give you eye contact and then run away from the counter and hide in a different section just so you don’t ask her for help . I went to shop and spend a lot of money on high end perfume and she was very dismissive and didn’t bother to sell me anything .I was so offended by her ignorance that I left and drove to another location . I returned a few days later to buy some more perfume and as soon as she locked eyes with us she left and disappeared. I have seen her walk around and chat and do nothing while staring at us like we were unfit to be in that section . She clearly is very ignorant treats people differently based on race .I have seen her say hello and serve other people but not us . Sadly, she is not the only one there who treats us like that . I took my money and spent it elsewhere with better service and more friendly sales people . You have tons of products and a willing customer and yet you don’t want to sell anything so you should just close the doors and stop wasting our time .

I recently had a rather disheartening experience with the bay's customer service. I purchased a perfume, but unfortunately, it wasn't the one that I want when I open it. The lady gave me a different type of perfume with the same brand. When I tried to exchange it for something I liked more, I was met with a firm "no" from the staff.Spending $200 on a product I don't enjoy is disheartening enough, but the lack of willingness to accommodate a simple exchange left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. The representatives seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns or finding a solution to ensure customer satisfaction.Overall, my encounter with the bay's customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. It's disconcerting when a company prioritizes a strict policy over customer satisfaction. I hope they reevaluate their approach to customer service to create a more positive shopping experience for future customers.

My recent experience with the bay's store at st laurent beauty section left much to be desired. Purchased a skincare product and perfume that didn't meet expectations.When seeking assistance, the staff seemed disinterested, lacked product knowledge, and offered no solutions specially the perfum section customer assistances ignored me asking for help and talking to eachother in a different language.Disappointing service in a section where customer satisfaction should be a priority. Doubtful about future purchases at the bay.

As someone with a visual disability, It is not easy for me to go shopping especially for clothes. From organizing the transportation to a support person to help me navigate the aisle, It's a journey every time I go shopping. I asked them every single time the cashier to make sure all security tags had been removed because it's not convenient and easy for me to come back to the store to remove a tag. It is now the third time in a year that I have returned home with one or multiple security tags still attached to my clothes. It's extremely frustrating for me because those clothes usually remain in my closet until months later when I can go back. I understand the importance of security tags but how can The Bay help their clients with the desibility to make their shopping experience at The Bay worth the travel? I am considering changing stores and no longer shopping at the Bay for these recurrent problems.

TERRIBLE STORE. Low stock, misleading advertising, no pricing, poor signage. They prey on people who can't make sense of their nonsense sale signage. Staff had no clue about mailout flyer and no idea where the products were.Lost $500 sale today and all my future business. Nonsense!!!

Went to look at furniture. Were lucky to arrive on the last day of a store wide sale. Had a fabulous salesperson (Victor) who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in allowing us to take our time, change our minds several times, and finally decide what we wanted. Victor is simply excellent. Look him up if your in this store looking for furniture.

Poor customer service at the perfume counter. The ladies there prefer to chat amongst themselves rather than helping customers. I had to practically beg for someone to assist me. Lazy and unmotivated staff. Avoid this location!

Very poor customer service at the watch repair counter. The male employee stopped my service to attend to a gentleman who was willing to return. When I asked for my item he expected me to wait the entire 45 minutes although he only required 2 more minutes to complete the service. His disrespect, rude, chauvinistic interaction resulted in an uncomfortable unpleasant upsetting experience at The Bay!

Recently used the Watch Repair Services located within The Bay at the St.Laurent Shopping Mall. A mention to Salim who provided excellent, efficient and professional services in the repair of my watch. Will make sure to use their services again.
