The worst place to buy from... i bought a mattress from them 4 months ago and the pain that we get me and my wife every morning is insane ...our back start hurting from the curves of the mattress that i purchased for almost 800 dollars. It made us feel like we are elders.It is too late for me to do anything specially when i cannot afford another one.. but at least i let the people know to not make the same mistake.

We had an unfortunate experience with the bed we purchased. Within just a week, we noticed that the bed frame was quite weak and not up to our expectations. The bed just dips in the centre . We attempted to follow the store's policy by requesting an exchange within the specified 72-hour period before mounting it, but unfortunately, they informed us that exchanges were not possible. This left us feeling disappointed with the level of customer service provided. Additionally, we recall specifically asking the salesperson if we required an electronic drill to mount the bed and if we needed to make holes in the bed . to which they assured us it wouldn't be necessary. However, this turned out to be inaccurate information. It is disheartening when the information provided can’t be relied on.If you're considering purchasing a bed, I would recommend seeking out a store that offers a favorable return/exchange policy and provides excellent customer service. It's important to have the flexibility to return or exchange the bed if it doesn't meet your expectations. Additionally, having a positive customer service experience can greatly enhance your overall shopping journey. Take the time to research and choose a store that aligns with your needs and preferences.

Don’t buy into their scam of a warranty. Purchased a couch there and they sold me this 5 year warranty claimed it would cover “any pet damage” with either a repair or replacement. Seemed like a no brainer.. should’ve known nothing is ever that simple. Got back from a vacation and found my cat and dog did a number on the couch due to a negligent pet sitter, tried to get it fixed and was denied now my brand new couch is garbage and wasted almost 300$ on a useless warranty. Save your money!!

Initially, my experience with your store left me with a positive impression, particularly in regard to the courteous behavior of your staff and their willingness to accommodate changes in our delivery schedule.However, my satisfaction quickly turned into disappointment and frustration due to a regrettable incident during the delivery of my purchased items. Upon reviewing my invoice, I was surprised to find that the sofa, which I had explicitly selected and paid for, was inexplicably missing from the list of items scheduled for delivery. This was perplexing, as the purchase of the sofa was a pivotal part of our initial shopping plan.In response to this unexpected situation, my husband and I visited your store in person seeking clarification and resolution. Unfortunately, the behavior of your staff on this occasion was markedly different from our previous encounters. We were met with raised voices and a discourteous attitude, which was disheartening considering our prior positive interactions with your team. Despite the circumstances, we felt compelled to repurchase the sofa, paying for it in cash, as it was essential for our living arrangements. Although we were informed of a supposed discount, the unplanned expense of an additional $1500 significantly exceeded our budget, causing us undue financial strain.When we proposed the idea of returning some of the other purchased items to mitigate this unforeseen cost, we were informed that this was not permissible and that there was no established refund process in place. This lack of flexibility and understanding only added to our growing dissatisfaction.I am writing to request a clear and detailed response to address these concerns and rectify the situation. This unfortunate incident has left a lasting negative impression on our experience with your establishment, and I believe it is essential to find a satisfactory resolution.I kindly ask that you investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a prompt response outlining the steps you intend to take to rectify the situation and prevent such occurrences in the future. I shopped around before making my decision. They definitely had the best value. They didn't pressure a sale, they let me know what they had to offer and left me to look around and decide. They were nearby when I had questions and were knowledgeable about the products. I was able to set a delivery for the following day. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I'll definitely be back when I'm in need.

Great customer service and selection! Let me pick out a new couch when the first one didn’t fit and gave me a credit. Also paid for one of the deliveries! 10/10 would recommend!

Ryan please go apply for what you can do, you don’t even know how to talk to people then all you do is show that you can do this or that please do yourself a favour by taking some training and understand customer how to deal with customer instead of tell me don’t shop here.Your words can tell that you don’t understand what you’re doing.

They delivered a couch with 4 missed legs and 2 missed cushion, they misinformed me that Flexiti financing does soft hit check while they did hard hit and dropped my credit score. Awful service and untrustworthy staff.

Buying a mattress here through Ryan D was such a fast, smooth, and enjoyable experience!Ryan greeted us the moment we walked in the door, and proceeded to give us a run down on the mattresses available before leaving us to browse by ourselves. It was the perfect balance of helpfulness and no pressure.Once we had made our decision, we went through the checkout process and booked in the delivery. All told, we were in the store for less than a half hour, and were thrilled with the service we received as well as the prices and products. This will be our go-to recommendation for others looking for a mattress, as well as our first choice for other furniture.Side note: delivery is contracted out, and payment is made in cash upon delivery - not as part of the actual purchase.

Today we got all what we need, quick and easy, a full bedroom set, a mattress, a nice sectional couch and a nice coffee table, and they threw us a very nice rag for free.All that with an outstanding customer service by Jeff N, who was very helpful patient, and detailed with his answers about all our questions, and in helping us to find good deals and to finalize everything in a very quick time.With a help of his senior coworker Doug M, who was also very nice and collaborative with us and JeffAnd guess what, you can pick up any day to get them delivered and brought to your house/apartment only for $85You better give this place a shot if your looking for a good quality with affordable price and perfect customer service.

SCAM.....DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!Would give zero star if I could. Purchased a couch in Aug. 2022 received it in Oct.2022...it is now Feb.4/2023....and 2 people sitting still on it, the piece of wood supporting the back broke!!Update: Apr.7/2023...Haven't heard from anyone. We are now trying to fix ourselves. I will try and upload pictures of our findings.Update:email sent as requested March7th 815pmUpdate: still no response or communication since email request on March 7th. Today is March 17th!!

I've been shopping at the store a couple times now and about 5-6 years apart. Both times I didn't have much bad to say. They are very commission based, or it seems that way because everyone locks onto you when you walk in. They do back off after pointing you in the direction of what you are looking for. Also don't expect some fancy showroom. It's a very basic showroom with no bells and whistles, helps to keep costs down. If you want a fancy showroom to make you feel better about buying furniture this isn't the place. If you don't care about how the showroom looks, like me, and just want to buy your furniture and get out, this is the place for you.First time I got a bedroom set on layaway. My only complaint was the salesman said they'd hold everything until our moving day when we planned to pay off the balance of the layaway but as things got paid they insisted I take the smaller items. Eventually the manager stepped in and agreed to hold everything. Pick up was smooth and I have sent multiple people to this place since.Today Feb 19, 2023 I bought a twin mattress for my daughter. Walked in and Kaz introduced himself and showed us the options he had in stock. He then left us to do our thing. When we went back up to him he was understanding of the fact we did still want to shop around. Ryan came up as we were chatting and informed us of a floor model we could grab. The mattress was a nice quality at a cheaper price than the cheapest one brand new. We bought it right there.I will continue to send people to this store as I've had good experiences and believe they have some of the best, if not the best, prices on what you're looking for.

They are okay. If your couch is delivered damaged, they will replace it. The customer service could be better.
