The sales associate was too bored to really offer much help and was far too busy choosing which stick of gum he wanted to chew. I looked at the price for 2lbs of Diesel Whey online and it was $54.99. When I asked him if that was the price he rather tersely said no, it was $69.99. When I pointed out the sign above the Diesel whey that clearly stated $54.99 for the 2lbs, he bluntly said that the sign must be old. He offered no assistance, no customer service and clearly feels he has better things to do. It would be a great idea for him go on customer service and personality training. Never going to shop there again.

I don't normally leave reviews but felt this one was warranted. I've been into the Herongate location a few times and there is always a young lady with glasses who's working and she must have been working there for a while cause she's very knowledgeable and when I am there with other customers, she knew more than half of them by their names. I really wanted her to be recognized for her professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. As a female, walking into these stores and seeing a female employee is very comforting. I didn't catch her name but thank you for making me feel welcome each time.

Great experience at this location. My boyfriend was helped out by Dan. He was very knowledgeable about the products and didn’t not try to “up sell him“. He definitely pointed him in the right direction and showed him a few products He wasn’t aware of, that are working great!This will definitely be where we grab all our supplements from.Thank you again for all the help Dan!

I have been a customer since their opening date.This store is very clean, tidy, and always has stock of my favourite supplements.I have been sending numerous clients here who always come out with hand fulls of products.I moved to kingston this year and I have been using your online shopping and it has been very easy with the help of your worker Shawn.He always has a smile, and has been very helpful with his confidence and knowledge.He is an amazing person and a great asset for this company.
