The Suite Dreams Website listed their hours as open until 5:30 pm. We checked the site before leaving home
We arrived at just before 4:00 pm . The staff member was very snooty to us and informed us that the store was closing . She proceeded to say that it had been closing at 4:00 pm since the start of Covid! For 4 years?
She was quite rude. Very frustrating, as their website does not mention these hours at all!! I will not go back there. They are often quite snooty whenever I have been there in the past.

Suite Dreams has by far the best linens in the city. They have friendly staff who are happy to help with anything you are looking for. They offer a great selection of fine linens, and home decor at multiple price points to fit your budget and needs. I have been a customer here for years and I will continue shopping here for all my bedding and home decor needs. Their quality is top notch and their linens last a very long time!

Snobs. Sized me up the second I walked in the door. Treated me like I was a waste of their time. Their products are beautiful but not the outrageous prices they list...In this day and age, it astounds me that a business will treat people so poorly. Spend your money elsewhere.Erica was particularly rude. She mocked me.

I love going in to this boutique just to see how they style their store and show case their wares. Enza and her staff are so helpful ...I love my duvet set and everything I have bought at Suite Dreams. Their Christmas décor this year was stunning.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Enza and Rhea for their help and excellent customer service. Finding a duvet cover set was a challenge when trying to match with other fabrics and paint that we had in our bedroom. We are so happy with the colours and fabrics, the bedroom has the luxe finish that we were looking for. The splurge on the St Geneve Duvet was worth every penny it as light as a cloud.

The stunning window dressings first drew me into the store. It's lovely to browse through the displays of beautiful linens and furnishings.The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. During a holiday open house, one of the staff explained to me the qualities of percale sheets and said she'd given her parents a set for their 50th anniversary. Years later, I decided to do the same for our anniversary and also ordered a luxurious set of towels. When I picked up my order, the packages were exquisitely gift wrapped and the staff helped carry them through the snow to my car. I love what I have purchased at Suite Dreams and the shopping experience. I haven't made many purchases here, but Enza always remembers my name, as if I were a regular customer!

I have had the pleasure and privilege of being a client of Suite Dreams Home Emporium for a number of years. I have been so pleased with the quality of the merchandise and with the pleasant and efficient service that I have gladly recommended this company and its owner, Enza Baiamonte, to friends and neighbours. Enza is the consummate professional with exquisite taste. She went “above and beyond” to help my husband and I choose bedding, rugs, towels and accessories for our home. It is for a very good reason that Suite Dreams Home Emporioum has been in business for 26 years.
