Walked in fully expecting to buy a few items but wasn’t greeted or helped by any member of staff. Everyone was too busy talking amongst themselves at the cash to realize I was even there. It’s a near impossible store to shop without the help of an employee.
I went next door to Bouclair and was welcomed immediately then purchased a coffee table, front entrance bench and a mirror. ??♀️

But they will give you 100 reasons to not refund the deposit.

Outstanding professional service! There were problems with a pull out couch I had ordered and upon notifying the store the manager immediately offered an exchange, no hassle, no pushback. A week later I had the replacement item delivered and in excellent condition. Great experience.

This place is a rip off. I bought a chair, delivered and wasn't the same leather quality. I had no means to take it back and they said they would charge. I had no alternative but to keep it. I went back by bus to sit in the store model and even the cushioning was different (less supportive) and loosing density very quickly. I paid full price almost $2000.00 and unhappy.
Don't get sucked in !

They are very nice and attentive when you are buying and spending thousands, when you inevitably have an issue they are rude and unhelpful. Upon leaving the store, the manager and the associate had a giggle - I felt so absolutely horrible.

I would like to highlight the excellent customer service we received at Structube Train Yard. Trevor assisted us multiple times in preparation for our move - He provided follow-up via email and phone to keep us updated on the status of our order. Trevor was incredibly patient, answered all our questions, and was genuinely kind. I highly recommend this store, especially working with Trevor. Such service is rare and truly refreshing in 2024.

Ordered a product in July of 2023, told it would be available in Sept. 23.
Sept comes and there was no product, I checked in and was told dec.
Dec comes, still no product I check in again told Jan'24. Shocker, Jan comes and still no product.
Truthfully, I moved on from the product long ago BUT did not cancel my order so I could see how long it took. Never once did anyone from the store proactively reach out to advise me of my order delay, until I heard from Trevor the store manager last week. I outlined my issues with the customer experience and asked if the item would be discounted at all considering the delays and poor customer experience. He gave the usual corporate line "Our dates are all estimated dates and prone to change. Giving compensation for delays would result in much higher prices to customers. So to keep our prices low, we are not able to compensate for delays".
I understand manufacturing is not in his control and the company has put him in a tough spot, but this place is awful to their customers and they simply do not care.
Highly advise to stay away unless you have the product in hand that you want...even then, who knows.

Leaving this here as a 2 part review. One for a product since they refuse to post my review on their website (apparently they screen and purge negative/honest reviews...).
First, my review on the Maui
No head support makes long seated sessions uncomfortable. Couch isn't super cozy for lying down unless you're well below average height. The couch pills, and it pills alot! Finally and most importantly, one of the zig zag springs AND EKclip beneath the couch completely broke and snapped out of place after 8 months of just *sitting*. We don't have children or pets, and only use the couch for gaming or TV viewing. No jumping or extra curricular activity. I do NOT recommend, especially at this couch's price point.
Part two is about customer service, as I see from the other recent reviews, Structube seems to find loopholes out of any warranty claim. I submitted my claim and explained the situation only to be told my couch's spring snapping 8 months in from just sitting down is my fault and "impact damage". Got no help and was told I can just sit on it with the damage, no problem.
Unacceptable service and very poor quality product. I'm very disappointed and will not be referring any friends or colleagues to Structube anymore.

I purchased a NIMES sofa worth over $2000 from Structube approximately 10 months ago, and recently, I've noticed it making disturbing noises whenever someone sits. Upon raising this issue with the store, I was informed that such sounds are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty. Despite requesting written confirmation of this policy, the store refused to provide it. This experience not only highlights the poor quality of the sofa but also reflects poorly on the customer service provided by Structube.

Furniture looks nice but overpriced and cheaply made. The dresser we bought 1 year ago, the drawers started not working properly. One stopped sliding altogether and upon further inspection it is completely broke. Never saw that before in a dresser, and one of my children are using my childhood one that is nearly 40 years old with no issues. Calling and visiting Structube they say they will not do anything, and no spare parts. Will buy from Ikea next time where there are free replacement parts.

To the other sales associate Billy who more or less hungup on my pregnant wife, you really should find a different job. Customer service is not for you.

The store is clean and staff's behavior is really good. This is a great place to buy furniture and to enjoy their beautiful decorations.
