This rating is for my general experience. As I entered the store the security told me that I have to leave my laptop backpack at the entrance, just at the window, no lockers or a person guarding them. No thank you -- I'll choose a more respectful store to shop.

AMAZING customer service and expertise in the ski department. We needed help choosing bindings for freestlye skis. Staff went above and beyond to help us - they offered various options and advised us based on their extensive experience. Bindings were installed promptly! Colton and Ollie, thank you both so much for providing such a great service!! My son is thrilled and ready to ski tomorrow :)

Where do I begin, if I could give zero stars for the service provided today I would. I had a family member go in today and return something for me which should have been a very easy task as she had all the necessary information. Instead, the staff that was working tonight told her it was the wrong card, gave her the third degree and made her feel like an idiot when she had the right card and information. So instead of getting a refund, I got store credit, which if I wanted that I would have gone another day as today was the last day to return for a refund. This is why you shouldn't hire teens who are incompetent to do the job right. Very upset and it has completely ruined my experience at this store. This is not the first time I have had issues with the young staff working there and as someone who has worked countless jobs in the customer service field what happened tonight was unacceptable.

The customer service was exemplary. The prices are good, but the sizes are too small. I tried buying the coat in the picture. I'm 4', a little over 100 lbs and a men's XL wasn't wide enough. ?

I bought a pair of ski boots last year when it was on sale. When I ski this year, the ski boots were very narrow. I took to the store hoping to get adjustment. The technician was very helpful and honest, they ended up returning my boots and I got a new pair. The service was great.

Poor service I bought Salomon ski boots for $600 with a defect the snow gets into one of the boots and becomes wet in one descent I went to the store for a refund when I arrived I explained the situation and I was told that all ski boots do this these days. since when did having frostbite after skiing become normal I believe that the employees are very poorly informed I ultimately never get them a refund or replacement...

Attempted to exchange a pair of shoes today that I received as a present. The staff could not have been less engaging or helpful. After unsuccessfully attempting to assist myself, I opted to return the shoes for a refund. The experience was definitely not worth the time or expense of parking.

Purchased a set of ski's online with bindings, visited this location to have the bindings installed. Was greeted by Colton at the ski/snowboard shop. Friendly, efficient service, professional service and he was able to answer any questions I had as a beginner skier!

I wish I can give a negative star rating but no button as such hereI bought a pair of snow boot (Bogs) for my son 5 days ago. He was in school that day. So he could only able to try it at home but the Size was too small. So, I took it back to return.It was a very humiliating and insulting experience which I have never encountered beforeThe customer service lady - Casillda, said there is dirt on the side .. (there isn’t .. see the photos)Her voice was quite loud. I was basically scolding by her.I said the shoes bottom has no dirt, NEW …if the corner side have dust .. then those must from your store as it was on Display .. she insisted those little dust are dirt and accused me the pair was wore and she said I lie…I was so disappointed that being a customer simply take an item to return can result in such humiliation.It is winter snow boot for zéro degrees and now it is 15 degrees .. I kept the boot for 5 days onlyshe Insist those were wore and won’t take back.After The manager was called in, he returned it for me.The customer service lady’s attitude was very bad. She ordered me “tab your card to get your money back” loudly. She treated me like I was working for her. I really felt I was treated like a person in a lower class.I am not comfortable to go back again to shop. I also can’t recommend anyone should go unless u like to spend money to get humiliated if any case u need to return an itemI have been a great supporter for Sportinglife all along .. out winter jackets.. winter gears we buy from them.. just for this month, I bought 4 pair of shoes there for my family .. it is really disappointing that I am such a loyal customer is treated as such

Came in on Labour Day, needing a bike wrench. Wife's bicycle seat had some loose and was unridable without a tool to help tighten the nut holding it to the post. Store did not have the tool and staff recommended we find a Canadian Tire instead. Really puzzling and frustrating as this is a really basic tool for bike repair that most stores have. The store also advertises having a bike repair bench, but staff did not even offer to look at the bike. Really, really frustrating.

I would like to apologize publicly to all the staff! My behavior was uncalled for. The manager tried her best today to get me to calm down..the problem for me was that my anxiety triggered my mood disorder. The are actually very nice. They are friendly.
