Been on this planet for over 3 decades and never once have I heard stupider and more painful ads. Your advertisement is incredibly obtrusive, annoying, and misleading. There are so many fallacies in your ads that I'm surprised you guys are allowed to continue to operate. This whole place screams of a scam.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Spence. Rishabh was extremely kind, genuine, and informative in helping us to pick my dream engagement ring. He was very patient in helping me try on different shades of pink diamonds and sending me follow up video colour swatches by email as new shades arrived in store. He ultimately was able to get my perfect match shipped to the store for us, which I was so grateful for. The customer service by all employees there was wonderful! I love my ring and can’t wait to go back and choose a wedding band :)

Had a great experience here! Met with Dorsa, who was super nice and patient, and my now fiancée was able to try on A LOT of different rings. Dorsa found a beautiful diamond and remained well in my budget, which was a pleasant surprise. The ring is beautiful and Dorsa's service was impeccable.

Shop local.. garbage your paying for aName with no customer service all the reviews are fake .. way better service local . UPDATE MAY 2022 thanks for responding a little too late .. never ceases to amaze me that once a review is posted you all of a sudden have time I tried many ways to contact your franchise head office email only to be dumbfounded that there is NONE no # to call when issues arise maybe train your staff better as the old adage says NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER .. I stand by what I said people shop elsewhere they only care about their bottom line .. support local these guys care about one thing $$$ not us as a consumer I didn’t need to email you why would I do that when I can speak freely right here for all to see
