Excellent and fast service! I had a tire blow on my tent trailer and was travelling alone with my two young kids and we appreciated the quick and excellent service. Highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs, towed my vehicle after a collision and when my insurance company tried to get vehicle from them they refused and ignored them for weeks to rack up ridiculous storage fees and lied on the phone to me about being contact with my insurance company. Shady business don't let this company touch your car.

OWNER IS A LIAR
Got off the phone at around 3:30. He said he could come tow our car in 20 mins.
20 mins later, no update, we texted him asking for an ETA and he said the high way was jammed.
It was not until 30 minuets later that he said he never left his place and that he couldn’t come until 6:30.
They are liars, don’t waste your time, would recommend any other place over this one

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Absolutely criminal company. Avoided sending the bill to my insurance for 5 weeks and lied to me every time they were confronted about sending the bill. Charged rates that were 5x the limits of bylaw. Do NOT let this company tow your car or they will keep it hostage for as long as they can to rack up storage fees!! Absolutely insane.

Amazing service from the moment I called them to once the job was done. They arrived within the time they stated on the phone, they helped retrieved my car out the ditch and was helpful in directing me with the next step as to how I should drive the vehicle and also inspected the vehicle to see if there was any further damage. They were affordable and truly just wanted to help. I Highly recommend their towing service.

I was aggressively tailgated by one of their flat deck operators this afternoon. He followed me extremely close while going over the speed limit right up against my bumper and did so again after I slowed down in the hopes that he would back off, he aggressively came at me. I took a video and then at a red light he wanted to have a confrontation with me but I had my video ready and he decided to not have a confrontation because he didn't want to appear on camera

Scam scam scam! Withheld my vehicle after accident, insurence took them to small claims court over exuberant storage fees.... delayed repair by months.... not to be trusted!
