Terrible service. Went in on a Saturday and they had only two people working and one was a trainee. Line ups of people looking for help. Associates were rude super slow and down right miserable. When asked for a manager said they are not working today. I then asked for their number she replied can’t give that out. Said to come back in during work week and maybe they would be working. The associate was entitled, miserable, rude, aggressive, inefficient and clearly did not care about making a sale or customer service. Will avoid this store at all costs going forward. I suggest the same for others!! (I was a loyal customer for years) Do better softmoc!!!!

Took me an hour and a half to purchase 2 pairs of shoes with only trying on 1 pair! I was too frustrated to try on the second pair. I won’t be back to this locations as the workers didn’t seem to care about the customers.

I went to this location last Sunday to get shoes for my daughter, walked in may be 5 minutes before closing. Doors were opened, and a few staff on the floor.We asked one of the staff for a shoe size my daughter wanted to try, it took a really long time then she came back saying someone else will take care of us. After a while another person (she looked like in charge of the place) told me they didn't have the size we were looking for, I asked to try the size she had on her hand and she said no, it was too big and to go to a different store.Clearly they were not happy we were there, and she was giving us very sharp snappy answers. I understand you may have had a long day and want to go home or whatever, but if you are not planning to take care of your customers and you just want to close the store then do not let them in, and let them know you won't take care of them.They have no customers service skills whatsoever.

now is this among the bottom 20% of my shoe shopping experiences - yeswas it probably the worst ever, yesNow even accounting for the fact that you can't expect the customer service you got back in 2013 or 2003 in 2023, this was really bad customer service. This took an inordinate amount of time, because the two workers did not care and were not really working. One decided to just wander off and do some other task so the queue took an extra 10 minutes because of that. It was 30 minutes to even get the shoes to try on. I can forgive inefficiency, and I'm sympathetic if a worker is new. What made this into an offensive experience was their sheer utter lack of politeness. I am too polite myself to say just how awfully rude these two were. Possibly they were homophobic and didn't like that I was there with my husband. Maybe they were just the worst on their own. I did really want new shoes, but I regret buying them here, and they really made this a horrendous experience through their utter lack of consideration.It was a Soviet shopping experience.

I had a really good experience with the team here at SoftMoc St. Laurent. They were busy when we arrived so none of the associates approached us to say Hello. However, when we found a pair that we liked, they were super helpful in securing a pair at another location since they didn’t have the size we needed, they brought out another pair to help us with sizing. I was so pleased with how attentive and helpful our associate was.

3 star because love their collections. Customer service, not so much. Not even hi or can I help you with anything? Been to this location 2x only within a week because I needed shoes for my children. The stars are also for the availabilities of the sizes I needed. But other than that, nobody asked if the sizes were good or any suggestions at all... the staff just stood behind the counter playing on the screen and talking about their lives, their weekends, other employees trying on shoes and showing them off to other employees...

The worst staff I ever seen ,I ask the girl to help me she respond (really,) I could not believe her answer I was going to buy a pairs of shoes, I just said to her forget it I’ll go somewhere else.That was at the Ottawa St Laurent location .

LOVE the staff at this store. What a sweet natured and helpful woman. I will be going back here for sure. I arrived 1hr before closing as I have 3 kids and work full time, she was very polite and helped me get what I needed before closing.

The 2 ladies inside the store have no clue about how to treat customers. Waited more than half an hour to find me my size. Very careless to even look at your face when talking to them. Treat you like you are not welcomed here, and we will make sure you won't be back again.
