Thank you for your friendliness and patience shown working with the senior generation.
Both Rachel and Mark work as a team. They accommodated delivery to be rescheduled to coordinate when my home care worker would be available.
Delivery was equally prompt and courteous.
I debated about my purchase,
I can honestly say the service was provided regardless of my price range.

I went in to today and I had mark helping me find the items I needed. He explained the different linen sheets, different memory foam pillows very clearly. He was very polite and helpful. Can’t recommend the linen sprays enough either! Highly recommend.

I don't recommend this particular store. The gentleman we saw at the store today whom I didn't catch his name but had a goatee, was to put it nicely very disrespectful. We told him about our budget 600$, and told him if they have any options for us. He showed us a few mattresses and we; being a couple had different preferences, I for example didn't want a coil spring. We didn't even take much of his time,I swear it was less than 5 minutes, he very reluctantly showed us a firm mattress and then steps aside and goes quiet, the silence persisted as I was eager to get more info on the mattress which was lovely. I ask him you are very quiet for a sales person and he said well you hate everything! and didn't even lied on any of the mattresses. I told him we are being polite as a lot of stores prefer to have a disposable sheet on the mattress before the customer lies down on it and here we were not offered anything, not even a cue that we can lie down. He said that can try them and again silence... so I ask him about the price and he looks at the label, not saying anything, I look down and the mattress is 1300$. We are clearly wasting his time, humiliated and heartbroken we leave.

Went with the gf to try some beds and was greeted by a lovely worker there named Rachel. She took great care of us, listened to what we wanted and gave us a fantastic deal on a new bed frame and mattress. We just got our new king size Hush mattress today and can't wait to start trying it out.

I wouldn't recommend this particular mattress store if one is in its search. Website of Sleep County states free delivery whereas the woman in this store on Carling (the single employee there, by the way, which is very weird) charges 30$ + tx. Besides, I found her very unpleasant in communication even though she went out of her way to seem nice, but it was too obvious that she's not. I purchased a mattress somewhere else, another franchise chain. By far higher quality than Sleep Country, prices are a lot more reasonable, no taxes, free delivery.

Had a great experience with the service. The staffs greeted us with friendly behavior and were very approachable overall. This outlet has a wide range of mattresses in terms of the firmness. We also received on-time delivery and quick set up. We liked the overall experience and got a good deal as well!

Absolutely wonderful service. I didn't think I made enough money to get a brand new mattress. But Danny Saad made it happen with a silver tongue and finesse. He not only sold me a mattress, he did while juggling multiple customers and landing another sale. The delivery was early in the window they gave me, and by how effective the delivery men were it was easy to see why. I only got the name of the driver, but both Hamad and his partner were graceful and quick in my narrow hallway apartment. Truly, why buy a mattress anywhere else? Thank you so much!

Had great, professional service with Danny Saad at the Carling location. He had excellent product knowledge and we never felt any pressure. With Danny's help we ended up with a very comfortable Kingsdown. We would highly recommend Danny to anyone looking to buy a mattress. Looking forward to a good nights sleep.Thank you Danny!

I purchased a mattress from them and less two years the foam of bloom mattress has been damage. It's coming apart. And they say they have 10 year warranty. They told me they won't replace. A bunch lies to get people in. I will never purchase from sleep country again.
