Sales reps were helpful. Price given seemed pretty good. Delivery was annoying. Multiple phone calls and if you happen to miss one even if you already confirmed the delivery date they charge you an extra $57. Delivery aside from that was good.

Had a really great experience at the Bank Street Sleep Country and was really satisfied with the bed that I got. Anna is an incredible sales person-- she was very patient and knowledgeable while also giving me time and space to make a decision. I've bought a few beds over the years including at Sleep Country and never had anyone explain everything to me as well as Anna. For example....who knew that support and firmness are two seperate concepts!?

As a newcomer to Ottawa, I purchased a mattress at this location, the sales guy Yash from India seemed genuinely wanting to help me and sold me a refurbished mattress, I asked him before purchasing if I could exchange it in case it didn't work out. He reassured that they had a 100 night program where we could exchange the mattress within 100 nights.
I called later because the mattress was too small for 2 people and wanted to opt for a bigger one at a higher price point. Yash said he will talk to the regional manager and see what he can do about this.
However, when I went to the store I was told by another sales staff to contact their customer support as they couldn't help me in any way. I called the customer support hotline only to find out that refurbished mattresses are final sale, they cannot be returned or exchanged. The customer support person was also not very helpful and had no solution to any of my inquiries.
He lied to me to sell a mattress, when in fact I would have agreed to pay a bit higher to buy a mattress I could have possibly exchanged given my chronic back pain condition. Very disappointing experience. Never trust sales people no matter how kind or nice they seem, and do not buy refurbished mattresses.

We went there last week to buy my sister a mattress and Yash (the person in charge at the time we were there) was so knowledgable, patient and accommodating. He tried to understand our need first and offered us best deals with the ones we loved!

The best! I dealt with Yash for a new pillow, really great knowledge and service. His initial recommendation was the winner but it was great to test other options and really make sure we found the right pillow. Buying a mattress is an extremely important purchase because without sleep, life can fall apart easily. That's why I value the exceptional care I received from the Bank Street location of Sleep Country from Robert and Yash. Robert allowed me to take my time shopping for the right bed, made sure the delivery was seamless and followed up after the sale. I am extremely impressed by the friendly vibe I got today when I visited the store to pick up accessories for the mattress we bought. I highly recommend this location!

I went here awhile back to buy a new mattress! I think the lady who helped me with my purchase her name was Stephanie I think.Anyway she went out of her way to make sure I got the best price and free delivery (as long as they didn't have to set the bed up) overall I think she saved me if I remember correctly at least 120-150 dollars in fees delivery and giving me the online store price over the floor model price which I found amazing, great customer support great selection and pretty fast delivery I only had to wait like 36 hours for my bed.Great job guys!!!! And Ralph is really good too!!!
