I and my husband purchased two pillows and they were really uncomfortable and now we have a hard neck pain . The time we bought them I asked merchandiser is there any chance to return them or even change them if we find them uncomfortable? they said YES ! You can change it! But yesterday when we went the store and asked to change the pillows because we are suffering and we can’t sleep properly ! They refused it and said we have no policy for that ! Do not buy any pillow of them they are not responsible for what they say to costumers!

Distinction series mattress is of poor Quality. Bought 10 months ago and already have damanged coils. And Sleep Country is not honoring the warranty.

I was ignored when I walked into the store. The sales person was eating lunch but he could have said hello. After about 10 minutes a man came over to ask if I needed help. I asked about the pillows, after saying these were what they had, he didn't offer any additional help. Didn't ask what type I was looking for etc. The prices also weren't listed so I had to look them up on the website using my phone.

I didn’t realize buying a mattress could be such a pleasant experience! Patricia at the Train Yards location was amazing. She helped us find the perfect mattress and came up with creative solutions to help us stay within our budget. Delivery was a breeze. Now we’re having great sleeps on a cloud every night :)

Sales woman ignored me when I first entered the shop even though I said hi. Then comes over about 10 minutes later asking me what I was looking for while looking annoyed. I said I'm looking for a firm mattress and she said well that one isn't firm. This one and this one is firm. I asked are those all of the firm mattresses you have? No, we have others. Walked away and never came back. Very rude and terrible at sales. Never coming back. This was the woman working Sunday at 4 pm January 29th. I suggest you speak with your employees about plain etiquette.

What a horrible experience I just had. I went into this location to price and look at options for good pillows. First I was ignored while the "salesperson " walked around having a personal phone call. When she hung up she came to me sighed as though she was annoyed already, and asked if I needed anything. I explained I was looking for some good pillows for my brother's upcoming birthday. I told her I wanted to know what kind of price I'd be looking at and inquired if if I needed to know the kind of firmness he needed beforehand or could I surprise him and if he preferred a different firmness if it could be returned. She said no, understandably and was pretty much what I expected. I had figured if this was the case I could possibly get a gift certificate but I didn't even get to that as she began to lecture me on "personal hygiene" and pillows. Thank you. I'm an adult. I assumed as much. I was asking questions. But the best part of this is what came next. She looked at me and said in her most annoyed tone, "and besides, our cheapest ones begin at $180.00" in other words, we don't have what you want so leave.GREAT sales technique! I would have only given one star but gave two because I bought a whole bedroom set a few years ago and still love it. How times have changed. I would suggest some sales training for this lady... and an attitude adjustment.Thanks Sleep Country! Heading somewhere else to spend my money!

Excellent service sur place lors de l’achat de notre matelas grandeur king ainsi que pour avoir attendu la livraison de notre lit d’une autre compagnie qui a pris environ 6 mois. Ils ont communiqué avec nous aux dates estimées et ils ont reporté la livraison à plusieurs reprises, toujours avec une attitude respectueuse et accueillante. Bravo à toute l’équipe!
