“The guys that came to deliver my washing machine and dryer were on time, very polite and did their job very professionally. They took extra care not to scratch my walls and not damage my new machines. They removed my old machines which were in a very small cramped area with expertise. When they were done they cleaned up all garbage. I must say they did an excellent job and I wish I could remember their names so they could get the credit for the fantastic job they did. Wtg guys!!”

“I have to say I was blown away by what they did for me! I had an odd shrink wrap job and I was calling around for some help. No one would touch it. I called Wills Transfer and they asked me to send a picture. I did that and a guy named Will (not sure whether he owns the place but he should!) called me back and told me to bring it in and he would see what he could do. He and another person shrink wrapped the two pieces perfectly and wouldn’t let me pay them anything! What I thought was going to be a few days of hunting and a huge bill turned out to be a very quick fix and didn’t cost me a cent. I really wish Will would have taken the money I offered. It is so rare these days for a company to do something like this. I tell everyone who will listen this story. Way to go Will, Wills Transfer is lucky to have such a customer oriented person.”

“I had a great experience at FedEx today, despite running a bit late. When I arrived, the map led me to the shipping warehouse instead of the customer center, and I was a bit confused. Thankfully, a couple of staff members immediately reached out and pointed me in the right direction.
Sadly I got a bit lost again, but a kind lady inside the office helped me find my way to the customer center. Just outside the warehouse, I met another lady with long grey hair, and even though it was already 8 PM, she asked one of her colleagues to assist me. A tall lady with glasses and short sliver hair, who had already turned off her computer after her shift, kindly turned it back on and went the extra mile—first searching the rack, then checking the warehouse. Even though it was way past her shift, she helped me find and hand over my package!
I felt bad for bothering them so late, but I was also really moved and grateful. Every staff member went out of their way to help, especially the lady who found my parcel. Really nice and kind people working here!”
“I was having a very frustrating experience with both the customer service line and the delivery service of purolator, the delivery driver made no attempt to contact me, while attempting to deliver 3 times and scheduling to do a 4th “attempt” while clearly something was wrong. During contacting customer service I waited a total of 4.5 HOURS (1.5 hours the first time, only to be told they couldn’t hear me when it was finally my turn, then another 2 and a bit hours before they got ahold of me) I asked them to keep it at the Center and was told it would be 2 days before I could go pick it up. After this call I got an alert that the package was on a truck to be delivered again today, super frustrating. Then I got a second message saying it was ready for pickup at the hawthorn location. Once I got there, a really wonderful employee greeted me, I told her a brief of the struggles I went through and how happy I was to be able to pick up today after thinking it would be a big mess. She told me she caught it and pulled it off the van, and that she was the one who sent the message it was ready. I’d love to give the delivery service a 0 but I give this woman all 5 stars because her customer service was really top bar. I wish I had grabbed her name, but she was blonde and working at the hawthorn location at 8:00 AM this morning December 10.”
