Grabbed some paint because the Orleans location's tint machine was broken, the man at the Orleans store was so kind and helpful. Had to drive over to this location and wasn't even greeted when I walked in. There was nobody in the store and the worker who was in the back came to help me while the other guy at the cash was on the phone and didn't even bother to look up. 2 stars because the worker who actually helped me did his best and brought the paint cans into my car which was very kind. Just going to stick to the Orleans location. Avoiding this one.

Came here to purchase a discontinued stain colour in order to match an existing railing that we had stained 5+ years ago. The associates were able to order the exact match for me. The service is excellent.

Andrew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Initially I had gone to Dulux paints across the street but they were unexpectedly closed, so I'm very happy that I ended up at Sherwin Williams. Great customer service and great price. Thank you!

I have been a Sherwin using contractor for almost 20 years. I really enjoy the variety of their product lines and their catering to commercial products and pricing. Parking, pickup and mixing are almost always fast and easy. I mostly use their Pro-Mar line since they discontinued Quali-kote a few years back. I recommend staying away from anything Low VOC unless you care more about smell for 6 hours than you do the quality of your paint for the next decade.

Great advice and products. Sales staff are friendly, knowledgeable and patient! Paint was pricier than big box stores, but the quality was exceptional and I needed fewer coats to cover a very tricky colour change. I'm thrilled with the final result.

We have always had great customer service at this location, particularly from Nate! We ended up buying a color that requires more coats and more primer (as per our painter) which we were upset that SW hadn’t informed us before we got it tinted since the paint we got was their highest quality (Emerald). We came and discussed with Nate and he was very helpful and reimbursed us for the extra primer as well as exchanged the paint for us. We will continue to return to this location just for the service. Thanks Nate!
