I have used this location for 10+ years. Store is well staffed and rarely have to wait. Warehouse is well stocked for what seems to be a small storefront. Paints usually ready within an hour for pickup on medium-large orders.

Consistently great service, especially from Judd (red hair). Prices are high, but reasonable if you wait for a sale. Multipurpose primer has great hide and adhesion on new and existing drywall. Drywall primer works great on new drywall.[edit] Their Duration line also has great hide/leveling. I missed priming a few patches, they were showing through as shiny spots after 1 coat, but completely hidden after 2 [/edit]

Took on a large exterior painting project this summer and got tremendous advice from Wayne/team in advance of the project to discuss appropriate preparation and paint selection, given this was aluminum siding. Also got some timely tips prior to spraying to avoid several ongoing issues (potential for machine clogging). The Emerald line was the right pick. The paint sprayed really well, with amazing adhesion, and has since had tremendous water repelling action vs. the old paint. Can't say enough about the importance of the advice I received. Will be back again for the next project - brick painting. Thanks again. Ken

Very knowledgeable staff...always lots of stock....lots of paint related supplies and accessories. Basically a one stop shop for all you painting needs. Btw if you are ordering lots of specific colors, call ahead do that it is ready and waiting when you arrive.

Had some of the best customer service I've ever had from this store. Emily took the time on a busy Saturday afternoon during COVID to patiently talk me through some colors and made some great recommendations. She is most awesome - highly recommended.

Although you can find cheaper brands elsewhere, the quality of the paints I purchased (painted outdoor brick and stucco) coupled with the incredible customer is something you can't put a price on...okay, well you can...but it's worth it.Quick shout out to Wayne who was beyond knowledgeable in all things paint, but also extremely patient and helpful in dealing with ALL of my unrelenting questions.Thanks again to Wayne and the rest of the staff at the Bank St. location and the staff at the Woodward location for all of your help! (Wayne moved locations, and he was "my paint guy"...haha!) You guys and gals were all awesome!
