I have stayed here consistently for at least three decades when staying in Ottawa. I would not have stayed here so much if this was not an excellent hotel. The staff, rooms and location are all excellent.

Service was good. Rooms are spacious. Cleanliness is okay. Rooms are below par from what I was expecting from a 4 star hotel. Would rate this as 3.5 star in terms of room quality.
