5 stars! One of the only gas station in Ottawa that still has the gas handle "lock lever"! I get to clean my windows while fueling! And my hands dont freeze in the winter!!!

I don't how about morning shift employees but if you have to fill up your tank around 10 pm to 6 am, just pay via your Shell app and leave, don't bother with the nightshift employee, and if you want a receipt, Good Luck!No receipt comes from the pumpAfter midnight the store will turn into lockdown mode, and the only way to communicate with them is through the small window, I know they are not allowed to let anyone inside the store for their safety but how come their friend can stay inside?And you get it, the employee ain't give a shjt about the customer whatsoever, their attitude and professionalism below 0 and their English suck! I don't have to tell you where they are from, you already know itIf you want to buy something or grab some snacks, I recommended going to Petrol Canada or Ultramar

Worst car wash and customer service. I used the app to start the car wash, i went in and it didn’t start. The owner came to the wash and started yelling, 0 customer service, 0 communication skills. I know ill get hate for this but if you wana own the gas station, atleast know how to form a full sentence. Then he told me to enter again, he will open the door, as i came back he said car wash isn’t working. What a waste.

I have never seen rudest person behind the cash like that .He doesn’t provide the customer respect!!!! After I asked please with the receipt because it’s a commercial car I use it to my taxes,,, he was go grab it ??!!!!!!!I had to grab the receipt behind the glass at his computer Side by myself,, it’s behind the Glass barrier.This is not the first experience with that guy , incredible.His shift was Saturday around 2:30 pm .It’s for the owner to take care of that .

This car wash sucks. It’s a good thing I paid for two washes because I had to use them both. The conveyor belt didn’t pull my car through so I had no choice but to drive through and half my car was left covered with soap by the end.

currently sueing this gas stastion they failed to keep it clean and left garbage and broken glass around the air pup ..poped my tire on this staff said he cant be expected to clean wow now i am sueing them for 3000$ 500 a tire...time off from work and reinalling i bet they will want to clean now good thing i have a video

AVOID CAR WASH!!!!!! Paid for car wash. Followed all instructions, the car wash pulled me through but zero water, zero brushes, zero blowing. Did NOTHING. Never triggered. What a waste of time. 10 mins to just have to go in and get a refund. And clerk was not even surprised. !!!

went to this pump yesterday for first time. Amrit was great with service. Car wash was worked best out of all the pumps i went before.
