Code for elevator is old news, it’s inefficient and stupid, not safe.
Elevator doors crushing items and customers is also old news, especially when no one else is calling the elevator. Inefficient and stupid.”

“First time using this storage place. I selected and interior storage that is heated and secure with access card and padlock. Very clean. The staff were very nice and very helpful. Easy access to large door and dollys to move the stuff to the storage lockers. Very satisfied so far and will definifely recommend place. The bonus for me is that is 3 minutes from my place!”

“Very good experience at this location. Would've given 5 stars except for the fact that the outside light over my unit was out for a several weeks and I had some difficulty opening the door with the thick layer of frozen snow sealing the bottom of the door at certain times during the winter- but a small shovel and some physical effort allowed me to get the door freed- not that I went to the locker that often during the harshest months of winter. The staff is very friendly and accommodating here, payments were easy to make, no problem with security. Also liked the ease of pulling right up to your locker door to load and unload. MUCH faster and easier than Dymon (and half the price), without having to load and then drag stuff onto a dolly and go down winding corridors/and or an elevator before getting back to load your stuff into your car parked in a bay. Hopefully I won't need self storage again (household flood last year), or for a while, but if I do, I will return to this convenient location.”

However, the moving was super easy by this uhaul trucks as they were very spacious.

“Others may had bad experience but for me it was smooth! They extended the trip for 1hour and returning the truck is smooth. Only drawback is parking but can be parked on bestbuy lot”

“These guys deserve a 10 star rating. I have used 15 movers in my lifetime and these guys are top-notch compared to everybody else. The move was from Ottawa to Toronto and everything went so smoothly and professionally and pleasantly with these guys.
The lady who took my first call was so friendly and polite. She also followed up so well. Their communication was timely and accurate. Azeer, who did the estimate, was just a really relaxed and cool fella… But extremely competent in what he does. His years of experience really showed.
Steve and Abu Bakker were superb. They showed up bright and early, right on time and Yeah ready to go. They were so careful, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. They work so instinctively well together. When Azeer came to check and saw a little mark on the wall, without hesitation he went to buy a paintbrush for the little touchup. Wow. Talk about excellent service and care.
Steve and Abu Bakker did such a great job and were so nice that I actually bought lunch for them. The first time I ever bought lunch for movers and I was happy to do so.
Azeer actually called to check in here and there to make sure I was happy how things were going… And I was.
I will call these guys again without hesitation if I move again within there areas.
