Love Schad! So happy to get back to Ottawa so I could go in person. I had the best afternoon with Chantal. She is super helpful, very personable and fun! I treated myself to a Kerri Rosenthal blazer with the cutest red heart patches on the elbows. Chantal recommended different tops and the funkiest pair of Samsoe Samsoe Shelly jeans. I'm all set for fall. Thank you Chantal. Love your boutique, the collections and your style.

Purchased W&W travel wrap on #Garmentory. Wrap was covered in lint, hair and smelled of perfume. The care tag was also removed. The wrap was very clearly worn. I sent a message to the store with no response. The wrap was not reduced 50% - it was reduced 25%. Additionally, I sent a message thru your website and never received a response. Despite your recollection, the wrap was covered in hair and lint & reeked of perfume.

I never write reviews, but this store definitely deserves it! I walked in and (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) but the lady that was there was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was searching for a maxi fancy dress, and she was super patient with me, showed me around various styles that she has. Unfortunately, I didn’t find what I was looking for. However, her service was amazing to a point she asked me when I wanted it for, and started recommending other boutiques she knows of that caters to what im looking for exactly. She named all stores that she could possibly think of, and then even took it an extra mile to go online on their sites and search for styles and show me different price points. She even offered to call a neighbouring store to ask the owner(who she knows) if they’d stay open a little late for me. Before I left, she said that if I still couldn’t find what I was looking for after trying the stores she suggested that she would be willing to connect over email or the website’s live chat with me to try and find suppliers and try to find me the exact style I’m looking for. I could clearly tell how much she loves her job! Talking to her was lovelyyy and her willingness to help me search for dresses even if not from her own store was just so heartwarming!

I love this store (have so many pieces from the NATION line, the most comfortable for travel), unique and classic pieces at various price points and different styles. The quality is always amazing. Service is always so knowledgeable and friendly. Truly an incredible spot for women's fashion in Ottawa.

Was excited to check this place out when I was told about itWent in specifically looking for boots and checked many other items, most everything is poorly made and most likely comes out of a sweat shop in china that uses child labor, with the labels changed, be very leery about this place, definitely not a store of high fashion
