I always go into Roots any chance I get, I always support Canadian brands! I like the leather products, it's well made, and it's my daily driver! I walk into this store on a Saturday afternoon, the store was surprisingly empty, I look around and I see the hoodies, the best hoodies ever, so comfortable! There were 2 employees behind the counter and they just talked to each other, they saw me but just decided to continue their conversation, this didn't bother me, I continued to the back of the store...and another employee was playing on her, she saw me and continued to play on her phone, if you're going to play on your phone, at least, at the very least, don't let the customer see it! I was going to try out a hoodie...I decided not to, 3 employees and they were all busy with their own stuff...as I was leaving the store, I walked past the cash register counter, I made contact with the 2 employees, and they said nothing, not even a smile, they looked at me as COVID was written on my forehead! At the very least, you could've said, 'Have a good night.' Or...the generic greeting, 'Is there anything I can help you with today?' Or...'Anything in particular you're looking for today?' I gave 2 stars because I will still shop at Roots, I still like Roots, just not this location... *Thumbs down*

Apparently, they open at 10:00 not 9:30I am returning a hoodie bought it online, definitely not worth the 92 dollars, I expected better quality.

I love their clothing! Went to stock up on the Roots necessities and was very happy. Limiting customers, keeping lots of space, and very helpful when asked a question.

Great Canadian clothes. I use to shop at location and your other location in Rideau Mall. Now. Moved to down in the States this location helps me my online orders. I wished Roots had location in the State i live. Great Canadian products
