We can call this pharmacy as a super service pharmacy, owner, manager, and staff working in an expert professional way to help everyone, the pharmacist Lubna, giving the greatest health advice and lifestyle changes to change your woriest condition to the best. My advice for everybody is to dispebse and get medical counseling not only for Ottawa patients but for all over Canada. highly appreciated ❤️

Pharmacist Lubna is well-educated and remains up-to-date on medical news, she and her staff are multilingual in English, Arabic, and Creole, but most impressive is Lubna's unending capacity for compassion in the care of her patients. When an older relative was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, Pharmacist Lubna provided excellent help that made a positive difference to my whole family. She also has provided good advice and help to other members of my circle regarding ADHD, depression, anxiety, diabetes, heart issues, and more. She is a true community member and we would never be the same without her. All in all, I would never want to go to anyone else. There is no pharmacist I trust more than Lubna.

This is a very family friendly pharmacy. The Pharmacist takes her time to make sure you understand the medication she has given you. Since Covid I had a hard time dealibg with my depression and pains I was able to talk with Lubna and she sat and took the time with me and offered me services I could use. If your a patient here this is an amazing pharmacy

Horrible experience with these ppl۔They are rude، unprofessional and agressive۔Calling them to get any level of service is a challenge۔ If they dont put you on hold for 45mins and then hang up on you، then you can leave a vm to a childs greeting۔ They may think that this is cute، its actually unprofessional۔This place is great for ppl that are new to Canada that cant speak english and need support in their own language۔ But for people that can communicate effectively، this will be a horrible experience that will be a time sink، with tonnes of frustration۔Do yourself a favor۔Stay away۔

After I moved last December 21, I was looking for a friendly, and trustworthy pharmacy close to my new place. I found this pharmacy after much searching and praying. They are the friendliest, most competent, and very customer-oriented pharmacy around. They also administer all kinds of shots and vaccines and offer many other services. I got my first Shingrix vaccine this morning for about $50. cheaper than other drugstores. And no charge for giving me the shot ($20-$25 elsewhere). They are a small and independent business, with the emphasis on personal service. I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy!

These are what professional pharmacists should be - knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and very professional. I am very impressed with their operational excellence. Went in for my fourth COVID-19 shot (second Booster) - called a few hours in advance - they said it would be ready in a few hours - it was. From the moment I walked into the pharmacy to the time I walked out - was literally 9 minutes! I was not rushed - Ms. Fawaz, the pharmacist, checked a few details with me beforehand, the vaccine was defrosted and prepped in the "examining room". I was given the injection and was on my way.

To be honest, this is my go to pharmacy since 2019. The staff always take the time to listen to my concerns. Special thanks to Lubna that has always been helpful and has always gone above and beyond to help my family and I. This has been the pharmacy that i go to for many years. Went to get my pcr test a couple of weeks ago and it was pretty effortless and quick. Lubna, the pharmacy manager i believe, its extremely knowledgeable, very diligent and gives you one of the best customer service!She also has been making sure to research each prescription and makes sure everything is covered. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. Thank you very much promed pharmacy !
