Complete false advertisement. They guarantee approvals as they mention in their website , posters on their doors etc. sales rep team helpful to get your application in once they get a hint that it is going to be a little tricky they ignore you, they don't reply to you , you have to chase them. They then start redirecting you to different reps in the dealership and non of them even have the slightest clue what is going on.Shameful.Deceitful.Dishonest.0/10.

Terell and Elizabeth both are fantastic employees at Prio .. Terell too the time to explain all the features in our new vehicle, then when it came time for pick up Terell asked we need a recap on some of the features! Elizabeth (in finance) gave us the best deal that meet our expectations and explained everything that we needed to know throughly !Thank You Terell and Elizabeth we very much appreciated everything that you have done for us

Terrible customer service, they sold me a car last year that included winter tires. The tires were older than the car and were In bad condition. The mechanic refused to install them since they were cracked and over 10 years old. I brought this up to them and they said they do not check the tires before they sell them. So basically they don't do their job. The manager basically said I had to go buy new tires or install the ones that are old and cracked. I would never recommend buying from them. Next vehicle I purchase will be from else where.

Terrible dealership , they tried selling me a theft recovery stolen truck and didn’t inform me until after they did two hard checks on my credit without my permission I only found out it was previously stolen because I asked for the carfax or they would have sent the truck to me without mentioning it, they were told not to run my credit for an approval till after we had a deal meanwhile they sent it to multiple banks and affected my credit now I don’t have the truck I want and it affected my credit score. Sam and Terrell were really pushing me to buy sight unseen and when I was hesitant Terell and being ignorant on the phone.

Prio Auto was super accommodating. Joshua helped us pick a great vehicle. They even had to cars for the kids to play with while we chatted! Sam also helped us get a great deal on financing.

I have to say even though my friend was buying the vehicle it was the best experience I've had In a dealership. Everyone is so chill, laid-back and relaxed.
