Wish I could give them less than 1 star.
I had an absolutely terrible experience here. I ordered something as a gift and was told it would be ready for pickup on Thursday because, according to them, their “process” takes a full day and can’t be rushed. I planned around this and went to pick it up on Saturday.
To my frustration, the staff informed me the earliest it would actually be ready was now the following Wednesday. When I explained that it was a gift for someone leaving the next morning, they reluctantly offered to get something ready for me in 45 minutes. Skeptical, I went back in a few minutes later and asked how they planned to get it done in 45 minutes if their process supposedly took an entire day. The story then changed—they couldn’t have it ready, and the best they could offer was to print the picture on a different item by Monday.
If they had communicated the delay on the original pickup date, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, they seemed indifferent to the situation and unprofessional in how they handled their commitment to deliver on time. I won’t be returning here and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service or proper communication.

I came in to print a wedding newspaper for my bridesmaid proposals, and Robbin/Robyn was such a gem to work with. She first offered to print me a sample to make sure I was happy with the final product. I had to reformat my design slightly and she was patient and understanding. I am beyond ecstatic with the final product. In addition, I was quoted $154 for FOUR PRINTS at Staples, and Printwell was able to print me 8 copies for significantly less. Moreover, Staples needed 24 hours to print, and Printwell took 10 minutes. I am so glad I supported a local shop, had a pleasant interaction, didn’t have to wait, and didn’t pay obscene amounts of money for the same product. Especially as a future bride, get your things printed here!! Thanks again Printwell!

I went in to Printwell St-Laurent this Thursday to buy an orange t-shirt for My wife. She wanted to wear orange to honour the Monday for the day of reconciliation. I was charged $49.99 for a PLAIN Orange t-shirt which was outrageous. I found an actual shirt at Giant Tiger for $12 and it had a print it. I just came back from Printwell to return the shirt which was still in the plastic bac since yesterday. The clerk told me that they don't accept returned t-shirts. I could understand if it was a customer job, or if it was damaged or unsellabe. There was nothing wrong with the t-shirt. All he had to do was fold it and put back on the shelf behind him. I couldn't believe it!! Having worked in screen printing I know the cost of a t-shirt is max $8 and that is for a Gilden or Fruit of the loom. This was obviously a $4 dollar shirt max.
I will NEVER EVEN CONSIDER dealing with Printwell. Ever!!!!

I had last minute work project and wasn't able to find a company to get it done in a very short period of time until I come across Printwell located in Saint Laurent Shopping Mall, I went in person and talk to one of the worker and she very helpful and they are able to make mockup on the spot and get my printing done and I was able to pick it up the next day. the quality was really really impressive, i would 100% went there again for sure. I wish am able to give them more than 5 start. they really went to distance for me.

Quick and quality printing. A little expensive for one picture (no frame or anything just the picture was 5.64$) but it is worth it. The staff are very friendly. I will come again.

As someone who works regularly with commercial printers on behalf of clients, I know intimately the million things that can go wrong with an order. Luckily I have a trusted partner in Printwell who have gone above and beyond to work with me in meeting impossible deadlines and challenging client requests. Highly recommend this printer. Also handy and convenient they’re located in a mall.
