After having a large rock come off a truck on the highway and hit my windshield. I thought I could put it off but it was getting worse with the cold weather and everybody was booking into the following week. The owner and one of his workers was able to meet me at my house and replace my windshield. I take great pride in my car and I don’t let just anybody do work on my car but prime was absolutely amazing and will be calling them in the future if I need them.

I had browse many Auto glasses in Ottawa….But this is the best customer service and most affordable of them all.Brendan is so Knowlegeable about cars and what qoute he give to specific cars.I just saved $$$$.My personal experience here is the best from any form of customer services I ever had.Very friendly and accommodating staff.I was very satisfied with the outcome of my windshield replacement. Amazing service by the owner Brendan. Called a few different places and he had the best price by far and was able to take me on short notice. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing a windshield replacement. They know their stuff and also do tints and detailing - great business, will be back again.

After a very long drive, a pebble hit my windshield and cracked a portion of it, at about 15 minutes away from my destination. Brendan and his boy not only gave me a marginally better price than everybody else, but were also super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They drove over, gave me a nice heads up, and instantly got to work! I’m very careful with whom I trust with my car - these guys are on the list. They do more than windshield repairs, so definitely adding them for all future needs. I sound like an ad, but I very rarely leave reviews - these guys just deserve it!Service: Auto windshield repair
