I was very displeased with my experience at the Ralph Lauren outlet store. I attempted to enter with a coffee in hand and was refused entry because they don’t allow beverages. This policy feels outdated, especially considering the store is located in an outdoor outlet mall where it’s common to walk around with a drink. To make matters worse, the employee who refused my entry was completely uncaring and seemed almost pleased to deny me access. It’s disappointing to see such rigid and unnecessary policies still in place. I won’t be returning anytime soon

Good place to shop and has become our recent favourite. But the store doesn’t always carry the right size it’s mostly sold out or not in the offer. Offers here are not that great. The most wanted teddy bear line sweaters are over 500$

They don’t allow Service Dog in and demand our dog to be carried up. Poor customer service. I don’t even have time to report this behaviour against disable people to the authorities. Will not spend a single dollar here.

My mom's favourite designer is Ralph Lauren so whenever we go to Tanger Outlet (which is maybe once a year), we stop at Ralph Lauren. In the past, we have just browsed around, but yesterday, we did our first purchase.
Right away, you can see how clean and organized the store was, with clothes folded perfectly. We were greeted by an employee and was asked if they could help. All employees were dressed nicely in business causal. Very professional looking.
My mom was looking for shoes and Heather was the sales associate to help us. She was very pleasant to talk to. It is very clear from talking to her that she is a dedicated employee and loves her job. Once my mom decided on the shoes (navy ballet shoes), Heather asked if we have shopped before. When my mom said it was her first purchase, Heather told us how to sign up to get 15% off. She has the patience of a saint, showing us how to scan the QR code, respond to the text, download the coupon to Google wallet (which my mom had to install) and made sure we had the coupon code before we got to the cash register.
Overall, we had a great shopping experience and Heather is a gem!

Gentleman, Don’t spend 100 dollars on these polos which shrink even when following the washing instructions. The customer service is laughable. Lacoste is superior.

Employee implied that I was fat.
While shopping at a store that me and my boyfriend love, my boyfriend and I found a dress, I grabbed my size. I tried it on felt comfortable, felt cute etc when showing my boyfriend how I looked for his option the employee at the change room area looked at me in disgust, she then uttered the words “what size is that”, approached me to read the tag, then followed with “would you like a larger size”.
Horrible customer service, as a past retailer myself that is not how you address this sort of situation. I wasn’t displaying any signs of disliking the piece or feeling like it was tight so receiving such a notion made me leave the store empty handed.
Me and my boyfriend are in shock at how this occurred. I hope that no one else goes through what I went through. That was so disrespectful

The store refused entry for a quick return despite us spending hundreds of dollars. While I understand it was just five minutes before closing, it doesn't reflect professionalism. Closing time is 6 pm, not 5:55 pm. I expected better service from this brand.

My husband, children and I decided to visit as we are shopping fir our upcoming summer vacation.
We were greeted and felt welcomed in the store, every display/ rack/shelves were meticulously arranged and the store was very tidy.
I did not find a top that I wanted mainly because my girls were misbehaving which made me leave. We got a belt and a cardigan, the gentleman at the checkout was very polite and showed us our discount.
Just wanted to say to thank Anna for helping us, she was kind, gave us space and brought me a bag to put my purchase.
Overall I had a positive experience and will definitely keep returning to shop.
