The technician who installed my tires was technically good, but not polite at all. The front desk lady was polite and attentive, but the technician was very rude from the very first minute.

I thought this business had a clue as to what they were doing, wow I was so wrong. Brought my vehicle in to get wi yer tires on steel rims. Technician installed 2 of the rims with tires in the wrong direction - most tires today have to be installed in the correct direction as marked on the tires. Next they took off one tires and wheels then removed the balance weights, not only that but seem to have damaged one of the pressure sensors. Now tire leaks at the tps. Now I have to go back and try to get that fixed. No confidence that will happen.
