I accidentally bought an expired dog food (Bil Jac) in this place, I didn’t really notice after a few days of feeding it to my dog. I came back to buy a new one and told one of the employee (girl with long blonde hair) that I bought an expired product and she told me that it’s okay to feed to my dog because it’s still “freshly expired” and I couldn’t return it because I already fed almost half of the bag. Instead of arguing, I just bought a new one but saw another expired product on the shelf, good thing I checked the expiration date. And I came back again today to buy another dog food and guess what? Another expired bil jac dog food on the shelf! Seriously, if you buy any product in this location make sure you check the expiration date because they don’t do quality check on the products. The only reason I come to this location because it is the closest pet smart to my place but not coming back again. Be careful

We take our nervous small dog several times annually and she does very well here. The groomers are kind and knowledgeable and take their time with her. We get the full service, teeth, bath, paw care, nails, etc. Highly recommend Kelsey. We can book and pay online so it's really seamless!

After 9 years going to petsmart for grooming my furry baby at the Hero n gate store,Today I experienced the worst service at the groomer Salon, you need to be careful as they are adding another 12 dollars to their service. if your pet is nipping them while they are groomed, Money Grabbers!!! WHY ? Aren't you certified groomers?, did not you learn how to handle a little Multipoo? And how would I know if this is happening really that I was not there or this is another fees you are adding in plus the 100 dollar fee for a haircut. NO more petsmart for my furry baby, I will find another groomer for sure.

Had an incredible experience with their grooming services! Our little guy left looking amazing, and despite being such an anxious dog, was so comfortable here! The extra services offered were super worth it to freshen his nails and breath. They were very accommodating with what we wanted for his beard and eyebrows, and made sure we were 100% okay with what the cut would be before they started. Very happy pet parents and a very happy dog!

I had a bit of a disappointing experience with the grooming salon today. I had an appointment for a wash & de-matting for my dog Loki, but upon entering I was informed that they could not take him because one of their specialists had been off for two weeks, and they themselves were not qualified to do de-matting/ shaving of matted fur behind the ears. The reason given was twofold - it was a safety issue because if not done right, the shaving could lead to infection and other skin problems, and also because of the worldwide IT shortage they were unable to re-book me while there. But why was I not told of this before coming into the store? I don't have infinite time to come back (as I was told I am required to do), and this was the time I allocated to get Loki's grooming done. Honestly it is quite disrespectful of my time as the customer. I say this as hopefully constructive feedback - I suggest Petsmart puts in place processes to pro-actively communicate with customers before they come in for an appointment if they don't have the staff to do the work the customer needs done (note I specifically reserved a spot for de-matting - so this should not have been a surprise, and the specialist had been off for two weeks so they knew they would not be able to do it!).

Settled on Two stars instead of 1 only because the cashier meant well but didn't know his facts. Refused to sell me red Rosey minnows because he was very insistent they're cold water fish and can't live in a tropical tank.
Which is partially true but not fully. Rosey red minnows are also known in the wild as fathead minnows which can and do live in a wide range of water temperatures from cold water areas up north as low as 32 F all the way up to areas down near the Mexico boarder where the water can get to nearly 99 F . Far hotter then most tropical fish can handle. Heart was in the right places just not his facts.
