Even though it doesn't wash the best, I bought a package so I can wash it every day and I use it. It's very useful. It doesn't do a very detailed cleaning, but at least the mud, snow and salt residue from the teeth are removed very quickly, so it's easy to get it done while passing by. We had a lot of problems for a while because it wasn't working. But I'm happy these days.

Worst car wash ever - went through twice this is the back of my car. 2 stars cuz it washed half the car. $16??? For this?

I just used the car wash. And the person at the store was not at all friendly and was blaming me for not getting the car washed properly.

Disappointing services and poor customer service. Have a car wash & vacuum pass with petro can,went there last week and car wash wasn't working. Had to argue with the clerk for raincheck copoun instead of sorry for the inconvenience!Next day that copoun didn't work! Was there earlier tonight, had a car wash, then went to vacuum machine scanned my card and didn't work, same with second machine. Talked to the clerk and mentioned that other customers had same problem and refused to give raincheck copoun.

My rating for this petro is 1 star, which is why I feel very dissatisfied and humiliated with the customer service in this store. I tried to charge my cell phone in a power outlet outside the store. I didn't want anything at the moment but still I decided to make a small purchase of $5 in the store so as not to make me uncomfortable. After two minutes the comis noticed this and came to where I was charging my cell phone with a look that made me feel quite uncomfortable. I immediately tried to disconnect my cell phone and he stopped. He stopped in the middle of the outlet and I and in a very sarcastic and humiliating way asked myself if I had asked him for permission, if I had asked for his permission while he looked at me for a few seconds contemptuously, the truth is my disagreement is because I am a loyal customer at Petro Canada I always use their gasoline air washing services and others since I work through my car, but I think that today they have lost a loyal customer. 11:30 p.m.

Car wash cracked my windshield. No damage at all before going in, and huge crack after coming out. When they finally got back to me after filling out an incident report (2-3 weeks later) they refused to take any responsibility whatsoever.
