Bought a car from here and I've just had non stop issues, everything from basics maintenance to engine issues. Everytime I email they don't answer, i call no answer, they are impossible to reach. screwed me into a locked finance so I'm stuck paying off the lemon they sold me. ive learned even people you feel you can trust you can't, I don't recommend anyone take a chance on these guys.

Researched dealerships around the city that had a decent selection of second hand vehicles, Petras Auto continuously showed up. We had seen and driven by it - not thinking much.Found a car we wanted at a great price. Nader was the individual who helped my wife and I - and it was the BEST experience ever.He was very friendly, informative and honest, very different from our experience with other second hand dealerships in the city.Will definitely be returning and recommending them to anyone looking for an affordable second hand car to but outright.Five stars all around for them, their service and experience.

I'm an older indvidual who, after years of purchasing vehicles, is always sceptical when walking into a dealership. The usual games played (deception, false attitudes, word games, running to the manager repeatedly etc) frustrate me beyond words. As such, I was pleased to have walked into Petra Auto Sales on Bank street. The no-pressure environment, straight forward discussion and honesty resulted in an excellent experience! I was actually treated like a Person, and not just a source of revenue. You won't find the fake smiles, forced laughter, "best buddy" game here. You will find polite, honest, and open discussion, and an effort to get you what you need. Absolutely the best vehicle purchase experience I've had in all my years. I recommend you drop in!
