They always take amazing care of our dog, they are prompt at answering the phone, booking appointments and giving us tailored advice for our canine needs. We would most certainly recommend this pet shop to anyone who is looking for an amazing team to take care of their pet. We also use theie grooming services every 6 weeks or so, and we are always there in and out very quickly. Good prices too! They even often help me carry my purchases to my car. Awesome place!

It's been in the neighbourhood for years, and I'm so glad it's still here.I remember as a kid walking past with my mom or grandmother and peeking in the window to see all the odds and ends.This was my 2nd visit, and it was just as lovely as before. Everyone is so friendly and you feel the genuine happiness to share info about the products.I use one of the bird blends for my indoor Finches (with some added fruits and veggies) as well as outdoor, and it's a hit!Today I decided to treat myself to a window feeder, and can't wait till I have the opportunity to get some seeds for it.Will happily return to shop again. ?

274 Bank St, Ottawa(6 years ago, edit removed original date) Absolutely perfect. Any questions I had were enthusiastically and thoroughly answered, and my budgie is in excellent health physically as well as, crucially, mentally.
Edit: Many years later, my lil Pasha is still a curious and frighteningly intelligent little bugger and gets his girlfriend Ali in on his shenanigans. I love them both to death, even if they've both extensively mapped out my nerves, haha!
Ali was 'rescued' from a different and /very/ poorly run shop which has since, thankfully, gone out of business. She was the week-after-week reject because of her anxiety at the time. I knew Pasha and I would be the perfect flock for her, and she flourished within a month. We're now going on 5 years as a 3-happy flock and it all started thanks to Pet Circus. If I could shop there exclusively, I would without hesitation.
I've recently switched them both to ZuPreem pellets (and greens) instead of a mostly-seed (and greens) diet, they've really enjoyed the switch, I recommend it.

44 Main St, OttawaThe location in Stittsville is so much better than Ottawa Main street. Lots of parking. We had back to back appointments for our 2 Shelties. Karen is a lovely person. Greeted the dogs like they were hers. When completed she texted us that first dog was done... we delivered 2nd. Note she only does one dog per hour appointment. Both dog's teeth's are amazing! She sends before and after photos of their teeth. Highly recommend this business, can say enough positive comments.

My pup was hard to fit, and Chilly dogs supported me every step of the way and even sending other sizes at no charge so I could compare to ensure I had the perfect for my dog. Miley looks great, is finally warm and has a jacket that protects her from the elements but allows her to have freedoms of movement. Well worth every cent. Thank you!!

She was so patient and helpful with answering my questions before and after the appointment. The staff in general was great. You can tell they all really care about the animals' wellbeing. The price was affordable compared to our previous groomer( $30 for just a sanitary trim vs $60 for a full groom) Otto is a shy girl so I requested no baths and they easily complied! Thank you for this great (and goofy) haircut! Makes me smile everytime I look at her!

During our very difficult situation, the veterinarian and the staff made sure that we had everything we needed and were comfortable.
