Went in on August 12, 2023 and the service I received was AMAZING! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I have never changed my wipers before and they picked out the right ones for me, took off the old ones, and put on the new ones! They also stayed to make sure they were working probably! The service was amazing here!

Their drivers are rude, terrible representation of this store. I had stopped here for all my auto needs for the past few years but will never return again to be assaulted by one of their employees!

Was looking for a specific part for my car and called the store and spoke with Gary.The part l was looking for was unavailable from many parts stores across Ottawa.He took the time to find the part outside of Ottawa and has great customer service skills.Will be visiting PartSource for car parts and accessories from now on!

Bought brand new Rotorts and pads starts smoking the first use. They would not return them because they said they were opened and used. Don’t recommend buying there parts as they are very very very cheaply made. Very bad quality and expensive at the same time.

I want to share my experience with PartSource. I came by here to rent some tools. The staff James was really kind and helpful to us. He listened to our purpose and gave us the suggestions. He also can speak Chinese! To rent tools here, you just have to pay the price of the tool as the deposit. After you finishing using the tool, you can get full refund. The only thing they ask you to do is donating $5 to local children. Definitely recommend this store!

This is some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The guys behind the counter were beyond helpful. Super friendly and explained everything to me in detail. They installed my wiper blades for me! Unbelievable! Thankyou PartsSource!!!

This morning (Nov 27th) I went into your store looking for a specific adhesive and asked the young white caucasian (didn't get his name ever) where I could find it and he just kept walking away as he answered "Unno, over there" while pointing vaguely in just a general direction. About an hour later I returned (with my reciept and the items) as I noticed Part Source has a promo for this weekend for spending over 50$ so I could get 10$ back and the same guy made a fuss and tried 'blaming me' how I was suppose to tell me about it and show him it and that he seemed like it was such a process to do another transaction. This guy obviously doesn't want to work here and it's unfortunate he does as his customer service now on multiple occasions (not just today) is beyond poor and rude. There are plenty of people out there looking for jobs... maybe considering opening up a position as I won't be returning here if he is there
