Very disappointing experience regarding management. We made an appointment in the afternoon after confirming the meeting 4 times throughout the week. We ended up showing up to a closed business. After calling the owner she lied to us saying she called 3 times after our last conversation to cancel. Our phone logs confirm there was no missed calls. There is no need to lie to customers or confirm appointments on Saturday's if there is no commitment. Due to this situation, this has affected our own business. Highly do not recommend.

Got ripped off!!!!!!! Paid in advance $3200 for a tent package but, changed my mind on what I wanted printed. The manager at the time said it was no problem to wait until I figured out exactly what I wanted as I was switching the company name. Muhammad then was the manager when I went back to have what I wanted to print and he told me I wouldn't be getting anything. Sent in emails showing the previous manager said that was OK and my bill being paid and got no response.

My 11 year old son who owns his own business had a tent made by Outlet Tags Canopies Ottawa, I would like to say that although there was a few bumps in the road during the designing process due to me sending the rong type of files. Rayan from the very begining was super kind and informed me and my son about the possible packages. She also re-assured me I would get the tent in time for my sons event even with the delays from me sending in the rong types of files. And that promiss was kept and I am extremely grateful. Rayan was a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed every step of the process. I am extremely satisfied with how the tent turned out and the overall quality of the product. I would definitely reccomend them to anyone looking for a custmized tent! Thank you Rayan & Outlet Tags and Canopies Ottawa as well as the team in Toronto for making everything work!

Had a terrible experience here. Ordered and put a deposit down on a branded tablecloth. Was promised it would be ready before the event I needed it for. Ordered in advance.
Drove to the store to pick it up and discovered that the owner hadn’t informed the staff about it and that it wasn’t even ready. Hoping I can get my money back.
Save your time and money- take your business elsewhere.
