Noticed the tire pressure gauge alert indicating 24 psi and dropping. Found the nail, called the only shop open around at the time and received advice. Drove the truck in first thing the next day, Shawn was expecting me so I didn't wait at all. The job was professionally completed quick and Shawn drove that big truck out from the tight space for me. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, I will go back, thanks Shawn & thank you to the guy that fixed the tire without laughing afterwards because I couldn't back that big thing out.

Although sometimes it takes a few calls and a few emails or a couple of days to hear back when they're busy (early-mid winter), they offer the lowest prices I've seen and they are honest and professional. I have had rims and tires ordered for several cars over the years. When the first tires didn't fit with my car (rubbing when driving), they swapped back to the tires that fit, ordered new ones, and put the new ones on (which ended up fitting) at no cost. After that, they became my #1 place to go. I ordered a tire when I ended up not needing a new one without them taking a look at it first, they'll return it to their supplier in town no problem. It's a small cozy office with only 2-3 seats for customers, the parking lot is tiny and full of cars usually, but all for a great price! Sean and Graham and all the others have always been friendly and up front.

Owner Sean made threats against my reputation and physical threats against my husband over an invoice disagreement. I’ve never been treated so poorly or unprofessionally by anyone, let alone a business. Wouldn’t recommend.

Sean's the best. Went back (again! 4th? 5th? set of tires from OTD), this time for Michelin X-Ice Snow SUVs in 245/65R17 for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Email booking confirmed in minutes at midnight, and I rolled straight into the shop 14 hours later without having to wait. Graham (Graeme?) did a fine job: thoroughly cleaning, sealing, balancing, torqueing lug-nuts properly. I watched. Great prices, great service. I'll B Bacque.

Amazing customer service and price. I talked to Sean about what I’m looking for in my budget and after couple back and forth and some check-ins he was able to find a set of winter tires exactly in my range. He even surprised me with a rebate that was available on that set of tires and even pointed me in the right direction to replace my rusty hood for a reasonable price. Absolutely incredible service, without his help I would be spending hundreds of dollars just fixing or replacing the hood myself.I will definitely be back for all my tire needs in the future.

Khan can lose his temper sometimes and yell, but I’ve know himvery well. He has a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone.He is super knowledgeable as well. Just sometimes he gets overwhelmed but don’t take it personal, he would take a bullet for anyone.

No other place in the city provides better service and price! Also, I recently sold my SUV and needed to get my tires back ASAP...the crew at Ottawa Tires Direct came to the rescue!!! This is the place you want to go to buy your rubber, alloy/steal or both, don't go anywhere else because you will be wasting you time and money!

Great service and very accommodating. Great customer service. The owner has gone out of his way to fit me into his tight schedule during a busy season. Found me a great price for new winter tires. Highly recommended, buy myself and quite a few people I know.

Great service, price and timeliness during new tire installation. One thing they did that is absolutely above board compared to anyone else is that they were running late and actually contacted me well ahead of my appointment time to advise me and ask if they could push the appointment by 30 minute. As a result, I wasn't waiting around for no reason. This was greatly appreciated and will definitely go back again for new tires when needed.

Bought a set of winter tires about 5 years ago. Tires were a good price however 3 of the rims that were installed have broken while on the highway. Almost got into a bad accident once. In my opinion aftermarket rims are very poor quality.Beware.

5* all the way around. Price is unbeatable, even with OEM rims. I picked up the tires mounted on new rims, and just installed them over the weekend. They are perfectly balanced at every speed that I drive.I like the buying experience - send the details with what you want, and the quote arrives. Pay a deposit and then the balance when picking up the tires.I know many people going here and they all had positive experiences.

Exceptional tire shop. I have purchased over 24 tires from Sean and they have all been great! They will have what you need or want but be sure to ask for his picks. Prices unbeatable. The shop does only tires and nothing else. The place is a shack but just ignore that. They keep their expenses low and you win! Just go for Pete sake.
