Will likely never set foot in here again. Came in to browse the floor and was promptly informed that if I wasn't there to make a purchase that I needed to leave. I ended up going to Kanata Honda and buying a brand new CMX1100 with extended warranty. I'll be making another purchase this spring, but never at Ottawa Goodtime.I hope my experience was just a one time thing. I see others are happy.Hope this review was helpful!

Updated response to owner reply:Your sales manager never mentioned once at any point in conversation of a deposit to secure the bike after I advised I would seek my own financing options. I messaged him to advise of the timeline of when I would have an answer. I would have gladly put down the deposit if I knew it was a condition of not selling while I was still in the process. I can provide all the messages between the sales manager and myself for confirmation if you would like to see where a deposit was never mentioned. But I guess business is business. As I read through the reviews, the common theme in response to less than positive reviews seems to be someone else's fault or "staffing issues" and are out of your control. My exact situation doesn't seem to be an isolated issue either. Unethical sales practices are within your control and are not good business practice. Unfortunately I will not be recommending your business to anyone, and in hindsight, I appear to be lucky the purchase was not completed as it gave me a chance to actually look through your Google reviews and avoid what seems to be a nightmare when it comes to getting any type of service done at your facility.

The knowledge and motorcycle culture in the 4 walls of OttawaGoodtimeCentre is unlike anywhere else in the region! They had me excited about my new Triumph Scrambler before picking it up, gear up my whole family with the best clothing Arai, Revit,Klim and kept the great experience going through the service department to maintain my bike! 7 stars

I'm giving a 3 star because i'm not looking to hurt someone's business.Spent nearly 30 minutes in the store looking at clothing and trying on jackets. I was the only customer in the store. The sales associate never looked up from her computer. I walked in and out without a word. Customer service is everything. Especially in an evolving economy.

I was in to visit the service desk to sort out winter storage for two motorcycles. The staff seems to have turned over yet again but they appear to know their business and were pleasant and worked with my schedule to get my bikes serviced and ready for next season. Theory suggestion I could make is their computer system seems slow (from my side of the service counter...)

Terrible snowblower service…first off, you’re lucky if the service department picks up the phone. Had my snowblower brought in for service, got it back and started it for the first time on Monday due to snowstorm. Noticed snowblower was not throwing snow right after I moved 1 foot and assumed it was due to heavy snow, so stopped the snowblower and ended up shoveling snow for 1.5 hrs. After shoveling took a closer look and noticed a shear pin was missing on the accelerator (it’s a 3 stage blower)…no way I broke that shear pin. Tried to go in reverse and surprise reverse was not working. You would think that when you bring in a snowblower for service, it is serviced. I did not spend $325 (yup $325) to have the oil and spark plug changed, and the tank filled with gas and stabilizer. I could do that myself. Pathetic. You would think as part of servicing a snowblower you would check all the shear pins and that all the forward and reverse gears are working at a minimum. I finally got thru to someone in service to complain and was told the ‘service manager’ would call me back…I’m still waiting for that call. I cannot recommend this place for snowblower service. Terrible…terrible. Never going back and I’ll make sure to let friends and family know.

Just purchased my 3rd motorcycle from OGC. Tristan (sales) was very welcoming and helpful as the process moved from sale to selecting all of the options I wanted for the bike. The service team did a great job installing all of the parts and getting it ready for me. I requested the bike be delivered and this process went off on time with the bike in great shape. I have always been well taken care of at OGC and this recent purchase was a pleasure. Thank you to Tristan and the OGC team!
