I contacted Company via email and got an immediate response to say they should be able to help us. They asked for pictures of work which I sent the next day. No response for 5 days so I followed up via email . No response after 3 weeks. Very disappointed !

The work that Dave and his team do at the shop is old school!I went into Ottawa cabinet many times over the years and they always do really quality work!I just walked in with the idea and the size and they made it happen!Thank you so much for everything, I'd highly recommend them for any work you need done!Now our kitchen is just about complete.

Quality of work and communication was beyond my expectations for the first few jobs. David was quick to answer emails and address any questions I had with the work that was ongoing. In the end, my project wasn't in line with what they usually do, which might explain their reluctance to continue with another one of my projects. If I was doing a kitchen reno and needed that type of product, I'd consider contacting them again. I like that they are a local family owned business.

The entire crew were professional, courteous and proud of their skilled work. The company prides itself on top quality work and has a team that has been with the company for years. Ottawa Cabinet Company has worked for me four times. Each time they have done a magnificent job. In addition to two smaller projects, they designed, built and installed two large wall units, one for audio/video/CD equipment and another wall sized bookcase, in my home. David Throop has the amazing ability to discern and envision what we want while making suggestions for improvement and functionality and producing high quality products. In addition, he arrives when he says he will, finishes the project when he says he will and he and his staff work very hard and are very pleasant to deal with. They leave the workspace neat and clean. I recommend them highly.

We just had beautiful floor to ceiling built-in living room shelves done. They were installed ahead of time which was amazing, and they look gorgeous and very professionally done. They even took the time to add some details I requested for free. The two installers were quick and left our place spotless. Would strongly recommend!

It's been eight years since this company made a 3 piece bedroom set which I still regret ordering. It still looks good but the shelving unit has premade holes that don't align, hardware on bottom sliding door falls off regularly, two of the shelves were warped beyond use within six months. I did complain to David that the platform bed was to wide for my mattress. I have a double mattress, gave David the 54" measurement but they made it 60". He agreed it was 60" but "... that it was to allow for thick blankets". He didn't accept responsibility for this mistake so I did not pursue it further. However, seeing David's pompous remarks about his satisfied clientele prompted me to come forward. I have just moved and was trying to figure how to place my other two warped shelves with the misaligned holes in the cabinet.

We had a bookcase, dining table, a cabinet and a buffet refurbished by Ottawa Cabinet and we are very impressed with the finished product and the attention to detail and customer service by both the management and the staff. They were very attentive to our wishes and followed up most assiduously to ensure they had met our expectations in terms of finished product and service. They excelled on all counts. We unreservedly recommend Ottawa Cabinet Company.

David and the people who work at Ottawa Cabinet Co. are fantastic. He was the only one of 5 different carpentry places who got back to me with a fair price and in a timely manor. David is incredibly friendly and courteous and their work is excellent. I purchased a scarf rack for trade shows and the carpenters there did an excellent job. Such an excellent job that I had to order another. I love their work and I am so happy to support local business. I hope that they will be around for many years to come.
