“I had a 36” X 48” banner printed at the Orleans Store and it was lost in shipment to the Kanata(Terry Fox) store for lamination. JOEY didn’t miss a beat when I brought her my predicament. I needed it soon and without hesitation she fired up her big printer and even bigger laminator apparatus. It was done in less than 20 minutes to my utmost satisfaction. Thumbs up to the store manager who gave the okay for the print job to go ahead. Thank you Staples Kanata for going the ‘extra mile’ to satisfy a customer!!”
