Braider didn't braid my hair well. Braids were falling out my hair on the second day. Not a great experience at all.

Store staff was nice and helpful.
Braider was not. Do your hair here at your own risk. She messed up my hair, no apology no refund, no attempt to even correct. Also they make you pay before your hair even gets done. Red flag!

When you buy online at this store, the shipping fee is 12.18 $ they guarantee 1 business day for the reception. This is the 3rd business , and nothing is shipped so far with their UPS. Also, I live in the same city I dont get it. It is not cool to take that much money from people for “fast shipping” when in reality you are giving us very slow service from UPS. Please dont blame UPS, but review your shipping prices.

Amazing selection of hair very well kept shop.wheelchair accessible. polite and prompt customer service. As always the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable about the vast variety of products.always a pleasure shopping hear lots of great finds for my on and off stage personas they even carry a gorgeous selection of eyelashes and stunning colors of lipsticks along side other cosmetic products ? 5star all the way !! will be returning to shop more in the very near future?

I searched the city for cosplay contact lenses. Didn't realize that this store had it all and at much better pricing. Check out all the vampire contacts or zombie contact lenses. The lady working at the front her name is Yetti and she was super helpful and very friendly. This is a great place to shop for colored contact lenses
