Beware. Scammy business.
Ordered on the 10/11/23 and they cancelled my order the next day (no email notification that the order was cancelled).
Emailed them on 07/02/24 that I have never received the refund for my order.
08/02/24 they replied saying the refund has just been issued.
09/02/24 I follow up enquiring why they took a whole 3 months to refund my order that they have not even notified me.
No response. Clowns

Love their flagship location on Rideau street, it's like an art gallery for epic sneakers and high quality clothes. Big fan of the mural on the side of the building and all their support for the Ottawa community.
