I stopped in today to inquire about a small repair to my mirror. I was relieved to hear that it was a super quick fix, and that I was good to go almost immediately. The gentleman who helped me was very sweet and professional, even going out of his way to help out! I highly recommend stopping in if you need repairs!

These guys are my go to mechanics! I've been to several other "budget" mechanics like costco, walmart or canadian tire but they cannot compare. They are fast, reliable and reasonably priced without trying to get you to buy/fix unnecessary things. Staff are knowlegdable and friendly (even if they may look mean they are actually really nice).

I don't know where the 1 negative review is coming from...George is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I would highly recommend Novus and their services! High quality service and workmanship is hard to find, but Novus definitely has both.
