The customer service completely sucks. I spend around $4,000 monthly in this store and out of the 265 pair of Nike sneakers I have the seam came apart on a pair of air maxes after wearing them 5 times. I went to spend $1,500 at this location like I have been doing on a regular basis and they refused to exchange the sneakers for me and made me feel uncomfortable like I was trying to get over on the store or do something wrong. The end result was they kept the trash sneakers to throw them away. As a business owner how are companies getting away with treating their customers like trash and still in business? Nike should be grateful they are able to do business here on our Algonquin Territory

This is a 3rd party store and if anything happens to the product after 30 days or beyond the return policy, then neither this store, nor Nike would cover it under the 2 year manufacturers warranty. I called both the parties regarding a broken sole and they both denied to do anything with it. Wouldn’t recommend to buy anything from this store if you care about the warranty of products.

Spent 25 minutes w zero service to buy shoes.horrible customer service. No one even asked us if we wanted anything or needed help. When I approached the young man who worked there, he informed me, he was busy w his friend. And to wait till he was talking to his friend, who wasnt there to shop, just talk. The store was full. No one was being helped anywhere. Great job!!!

I just recently visited the new store jus down the corridor from the old one! The selection is much larger! Thee store is brighter and spacious! The staff are plentiful, helpful and most friendly!

I called the store as I needed an XL Nike tech Kids and they said they had some. When I arrived I couldn’t find any. I explained the situation to the gentleman who was helping me and while my son was trying on other stuff, I found the manager coming with the black tech fleece we came for, XL size. He went to the back, and looked until he found it ?. My over all experience in this store is amazing!Stuff is very nice, helpful and smiley. In less than 20 min in the store I got help from 4 different associates. I can’t remember any names but I was there on the 22 of April 2023 around 6:00pm.

I went to buy gym sneakers and found the staff to be helpful and friendly. However, when I reached the cash, I encountered a lady who seemed to have a negative attitude towards the customers in front of me, and then directed the same towards me. She looked at me judgmentally, and I felt mistreated even though I had done nothing wrong. Her behavior almost made me leave and shop elsewhere. I didn't catch her name, but she was a short lady with black hair, maybe Keira or Kiara. I'll remember not to shop there when she's working.

I don’t understand why the staff treat their customers like they are going to steal from them. I couldn’t even shop in peace. They kept staring at me and following me around that I didn’t even buy from them. I had to go all the way to the Nike located in Tanger because this is not the first time I’ve experienced this in this location. Nike do better with your staff.

I’ve shopped at all shoe stores in this mall and have gotten the best customer service from Nike by far! Too bad they didn’t have what I wanted, but definitely will be back.
