I recently visited a Nike store and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The store was extremely unorganized, with items scattered haphazardly, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. Despite being a well-known brand, the lack of organization created a frustrating shopping experience.
Additionally, there were no staff members available to guide customers or offer any assistance. I wandered around for a while, hoping someone would help me, but it seemed like the staff was either understaffed or not attentive at all. For such a popular store, the absence of customer service was surprising and disappointing.

I went to this Nike store yesterday and had really good experience in terms of customer service. The person who helped us was Jonathan, if I am not mistaking. He helped to find the right size and discounted shoes. He went to the back room three times to check the right size if they had any available pairs. I really appreciate his help and customer service.

Very little stock for youth boys tops. Couldn't find any hoodies. Other competing stores had plenty of stock, I would expect Nike to be better.

Ryan is amazing - the store was quite busy and he came over from another section to help me find the perfect pair of shoes for my perfect pair of feet. As I’m slightly impaired, he helped guide them onto my feet and with his knowledge, first try, he found the best pair with a perfect fit. However, a few months ago I was here and an employee named Jack Thelen called me a cripple and told me to shop elsewhere as, in his words, “Nike is a store for athletes, you clearly don’t play sports, you wheelchair-bound nuisance.” But it’s okay, I like that kind of behaviour and he sincerely apologized after he followed me to my car after that interaction. I love Nike. I love Tanger Outlets. Jack Thelen and I have started an affair since. Sorry for ranting. Just have lots to say.

I was shopping for my son few days back and Arthur helped unconditionally. My son has sensory issues and little discomfort if shoes or lace not tied properly can impact his decision. I requested Arthur for his help as these facncy laces style is not my strength, he was polite and friendly but above all he tied my son's both shoes laces to make sure he is comfortable. Made space for him to run and walk . I was moved by his kindness and professionalism at the same time. Thank-you Arthur. You defiantly made my son's day and helped me as a mom too. Keep up the good work and wish you the best!!!

The sale wall, if you have time to sort through the boxes can occasionally hide some absolute heat! Prices are good. Kind of disappointing that you can’t get some of the standard Nike’s like regular white AF1s and that kind of thing with any regularity. But, if you wanna go for a hunt, you’ll usually find a treasure of some variety.
