I had the most wonderful interaction today that I’ve ever had since shopping at Natural Food Pantry. Rita Hakim was just so compassionate, understanding and genuine. She listened and shared and was very helpful. We need more people like her in customer service! Thank you Rita!

I appreciate the quality of the products in this store and especially the warm and professional welcome I receive from Rita Hakim. She gave me valuable advice and always answered my questions competently. The fact that her French is impeccable and that she can provide me with precise information in my language constitutes a significant advantage for customers and the store. I thank Ms. Hakim for the good humor and kindness she shows during each of my visits.

I had the pleasure to meet Rita today, the nutritionist at the Natural Food Pantry, Westboro. I had an outstanding experience. She is absolutely amazing! very knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions and efficiently helped me with my purchase. She is also sooo kind, friendly, welcoming and funny :) Can`t wait to meet her again!

I want to commend Rita G. Hakim for her thorough knowledge as a holistic nutritionist and professionalism in customer service and support. She has been very helpful to me in my purchases. She goes the extra mile for me to inform me about the product I want and I trust very much her professional opinion. I find her friendly, considerate and respectful in her approach and I appreciate her very much. She is super and courteous in her communication skills and languages both English and French. Thank you, Rita, for being there -at natural Food Pantry-Westboro- for me as a customer.

If you are looking for a qualified, certified and well knowledgeable nutritionist, ask for Ms Rita Hakim. I first met Rita at the Billings bridge location when I was looking from some supplements and had some questions. Rita was the only person to greet me and show any interest in helping me. Her patience, kindness and attentiveness and product knowledge is an invaluable asset to the the company. Since then, I have been going to the Westboro location where Rita has moved to. Had it not been for Rita, I would have been a patron of the healthy planet.The Natural Food Pantry is lucky to have Rita. Businesses need more people like her to represent their establishment.At the store level, the store is always clean, and well maintained and organized.

If you are looking for nutritional advice, go to the Westboro store, and speak to Rita Hakim, RHN. Rita was at Billings Bridge previously, and Westboro is lucky to have her! She is so knowledgeable, warm and approachable, professional and easy to talk to! Highly recommend!

I had a positive experience at this location yesterday with one of the employees, her name is Rita. She was very welcoming as well as friendly, and was able to help me find the products I needed due to her product knowledge and was able to explain it all to me. She provided excellent customer service, and I will be returning to this location in the near future.
