My uncle’s wheelchair stopped working out of the blue after not being used for 3 weeks while my uncle was in hospital. He depended on his wheelchair to get him around from point A to point B after his surgery.
He called National Seating & Mobility and he spoke to Sylvie. She managed to find him an appointment within a couple of days. Alex came in a timely manner and was able to determine what the issue was with my uncle’s chair. Alex was efficient, knowledgeable and offered great customer service. As soon as Alex left, my uncle was already out the door, back in his wheelchair and already back to his normal routine. Thank you again so much for the great service.

Our technician was very thorough and patient answering our questions before going ahead with our purchase.The installation process was quick and tidy and before leaving, our technician made sure that we were comfortable using our stairlift.

They’re alright when your in person, tho you can still hear them snickering and making jokes about you, over the phone is abysmal. They hang up on you, don’t let you finish what your saying, just completely rude and ghastly phone etiquette.

NSM have great people and are very easy to work with! I live in the country and they brought out all the equipment I need for after my hip replacement.
The gentleman set everything up for me and asked me numerous times…lol, if I had any questions or concerns. Very polite and professional.

I had a full knee replacement nearly three weeks ago and have been without the equipment ordered to help make my life manageable. No raised toilet seat with grab handles. No ice packs, no spikes for my crutches. Faye was rude on the phone. I asked for my products that were ordered and paid for a while ago. When had the nerve to say "You didn't pay for these....WCB paid for these".
First of all it doesn't matter who paid. Second of all I believe I paid for it in agony with a life changing injury I sustained while performing my daily duties bringing oil and gas to the people.
It's just too bad that someone can need something so badly and be in so much discomfort and on top of it have to deal with a person like Faye. Terrible customer service and I just got off the phone with WCB, we will use a different vendor. Someone with some customer service and compassion.
I gave them one star for the one star service and one star experience.

A personal thank you to Faye for going WAY up and beyond to bring in products that kept my Dad safe after a fall. I cannot express enough my gratitude for her exemplary service! She thought of every solution and delivered results. Her care, kindness and commitment to our family was wonderful! A shiny star!

I met with Tanya and she was extremely knowledgeable regarding the products offered by her company. Tanya’s friendly attitude made it easy to discuss other devices which may help my husband with his mobility. We purchased a walker and will be buying others items at this company.

So happy to have met Alex Lalonde. He is a treasure. He was so helpful and informative. He spent 2 hrs with me. This is the first time I have had a full adjustment to my chair. No one has ever done that before. It really makes a difference. So grateful. Liz Matte

Mark was fast, efficient, tidy and friendly when installing grab bars in my bathrooms. I had talked to a couple of handyman who said that drilling into tile was tricky, but Mark did the job super easily and well.

Adam came to look at our chair lift that was given to us second hand. He was supposed to come to just to figure out what was making it stuck so we could figure out repairs at a later date. He arrived eagerly and early. He took his time, was very respectful, and took a great deal of care. He not only diagnosed the problem, but fixed it, and made some additional adjustments to make it run even smoother. Gave us his card for any other questions or things needed in the future. We are grateful.

I really appreciate what they do . I’ve bought all my equipment from them that is a ceiling lift and garage lift. They also come to fix my wheelchair either at my house or they can take it to their shop. They come as quickly as they can to help me if I am in need of their service .They are very understanding and very polite
