The internet service is excellent and allows for static IP addresses so you can run your own servers with ease. It is a power users dream because you can use aftermarket DSL modems. I have a Beowulf cluster and have no complaints; the speed is excellent.

Been with NCF for 5 years they’re customer service is amazing and I’ve been sticking with them ever since i decided to get internet. I do get unexpected disconnections from my router but turns back on quickly, I don’t have an issues or complaints about it, they are amazing and I recommend it.

We believe that everyone in Canada's National Capital Region should have access to the Internet, meaning they can afford a high-quality connection, understand how to use it, and feel safe online.
We offer high speed internet from 6 Mbps up to 1024 Mbps, dial-up internet, free local email, basic web hosting, and in addition to our staff support, have a volunteer Help Desk so our members can ask questions about a range of internet and computer-related issues. We also connect members so they can share and improve their skills.
