Went to get some maintenance done about a month ago to this new Subaru dealership. Very happy with the service and Rene was a pleasure to deal with as she was very professional and genuinely a nice person. The rest of the team there was also very welcoming and warm. Attention to detail regarding the repairs and maintenance were very much appreciated and my Forester is running very smoothly. Would highly recommend this business to all my friends who own a Subaru.

We walked into the Barrhaven dealership today nowhere ready to make a decision. We had only started our search for a new vehicle. However, from the moment we were met by the sales consultant, Umut Koman, to the time we left, we were extremely pleased with his kind, professional, easy manner. We made our decision right away knowing we were in good hands. It was a very pleasant buying experience.

These guys fixed up my AC at the beginning of summer, they then helped get me out of a pickle with my wheel lock today. Super honest people. So nice to have a Subaru dealership out in Barrhaven finally!

Very disappointed with my experience. I booked an appointment online for an oil change. The website allowed me to select the option of shuttle service so I could get back home and I selected that option. Upon arriving at Subaru, I was told that the technician is running late and that there is no shuttle service on weekends. I ended up having to wait there for my car to get serviced and the wait was made longer due to the technician arriving 30 minutes late. I asked them to make things right by giving me a discount. I would’ve been happy with any discount, but this request was denied. Instead, I paid $185 (taxes in) for an oil change. When I inquired about the price, since last time I paid around $130, I was told that they increased their prices. At least their hot chocolate was good.
