My previous review was deleted by Google, so I am posting it again. I called about an hour ago to check on the availability of a car and was assured it was available. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I was told that the car had already been sold.

I had a positive review and experience with the Myers Group on Baseline. The communication was top notch, and they we're quick to get back to myself with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with them!

Although not usually someone who writes a review, now that my sweet vehicle purchase is final I could not resist the opportunity to shout out a huge thank you to our salesperson David Kippen (who during the holidays took time to correspond via emails/text messages) but mostly to our highly professional knowledgeable finance guy Moe Mansour.Moe, oh my goodness, I cannot thank you enough for all the consideration, professional effort, understanding and most of all the considerable patience you displayed with all my erratic decisions, changes. Thanks for keeping me smiling ?I highly recommend this group/especially these guys any time you are in the market to purchase a vehicle, they will go the extra mile for you.

On behalf of Backpacks for the Homeless, I would like to thank Scott Miller of the Meyers Automotive Group in Orleans for help us transport much needed backpacks, filled with the essentials, from one of our Giant Tiger locations to our work shop. I bought my truck there to my greatest regret. The service for the purchase was mediocre but I let it go since I liked the vehicle. Then I made an appointment with the service for a cleaning, I had to reschedule the appointment 5 times since they only parked it outside and called me back at 3 p.m. to say that they did not have had time to do it.Later I went back to have my windshield changed, he told me it was almost finished so I went there and made me wait for hours. Very unprofessional and bad service, I do not recommend it to anyone.

I brought my 2008 Chevrolet Impala in for a low pressure steering line leak. I set a limit of $200 for the repair as all that was required was a hose repair or replacement. The shop went and replaced the fully functional steering assembly and did not align the new steering assembly. I was charged $1700 and now am in a very dire financial situation. As a disabled veteran and a senior citizen on a fixed income I feel very taken by this dealers service department.

Booked an hour appointment online in advance for a 1.5 hour repair and my vehicle was there for 7 hours. The service representative was very difficult to get in contact with for an update on the status of my vehicle.

Buyers beware! If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. They’re crooks! We ordered our vehicle from them with the help of Mike Mitchell. The man seemed nice but unorganized. I was told our vehicle would be in within 2-4 months. At the 4 month mark, I started doing follow ups every 3 weeks by phone and in person. I was constantly brushed off and told that I was the “next one”. Everytime I spoke to the salesman he would offer me a different vehicle that was set to come in. I thought it was a bit strange but refused everytime since the vehicle I ordered was exactly the way I wanted it and the ones he was offering were always the wrong colour or different trim. I told him I was set on our original order but he continued to push for these vehicles that were coming in. Well after 10 months of waiting around and getting brushed off, I went to the sales manager and was informed that the vehicle was never actually ordered despite them taking my down payment and constantly telling me it was just not my turn yet. I found out from friends and family in the business that lots of dealerships tend to sell these newly arrived vehicles to people paying more (we had preferred pricing through my husbands work and by the time the 10 months had gone by the MSRP had increased considerably). Had I not taken this to management, Mike Mitchell would have made me wait months longer while he fixed his “mistake”. They offered to put in the order again and added winter tires but that I would have to wait the regular delays (which is now upto 18 months). I told them to hold off for now since I wanted to deal with this on my end. After contacting head office, I was informed that wether I wanted to order again or not, the deal is off the table. Funny how they do this after I contact their head office. These people have no sympathy for our situation. Shady business. Unsurprisingly, a friend of ours dealt with Mike as well and had a horrible experience of their own. They were told that they’re Volt was in and ready but turns out he ordered the wrong one. Do yourself a favour and never deal with any GM business, ever!!!

I have been very happy with the service provided over the last 11 years to an older GMC 3500 dually and to a GMC Equinox. When it came time to consider trading my well maintained 20 year old GMC in there was no other place to consider going. Thank you Myers for all the great service in the past, thank you for the great sales and financing deal on my new GMC pick up. I look forward to many more years of doing excellent business with you!

I would not buy another vehicle from them - they never told me that a chip was missing in the vehicle (weird as it belonged to another person before); told me I could do my services in Orleans and this is not the case!
