I would give them 5/5 for their excellent customer service and overall experience. I was in urgent need of tires and was able to get 4 sets of new tires within a day. I highly recommend Mr. Tires. Check this place out before you search the big box stores.

I have used Mr. Tires for both my vehicles and was always impressed. Unfortunately, on my last visit, an employee used an angle grinder to remove the adhesives from the weights they stuck on my rims, leaving horrible scratches on all 4 rims. Not at all the attention to detail you'd expect from a quality shop. I had to have the rims repainted, and even now, the grinder marks are still visible. I'm really unimpressed with this total hack job. User beware!

I rarely write reviews, but I have been going to Mr. Tires for several years now. Their friendly service is top notch. Always accommodating to my last minute requests and fitting me in with as little as a 15 minute notice. They have great deals on used tires; which have always been in very good shape and have saved me a lot of money over the years. Spring and winter tire changes are quick and very reasonable. Hesitant to give more positive feedback as the word might get out and they'll become too busy!
