I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of showroom motorcycles ( they also had skidoos and I think I saw a quad) and accessories at this store.The staff are super helpful, though the one guy on the sales room floor still needed to learn more about the bikes, but he didn't try BSing me but rather asked others or checked his computer for specs on a bike I was interested in.The people in the parts department are also super helpful and knowledgeable.Everything I needed under one roof.Nice to have a good Suzuki dealership still around.

Came from the Ottawa Valley and was very happy with the customer service I received. They took on a warranty job, and did a full service in record time. Will be going back!

***EDIT*** I'm increasing the rating to 4 stars. Phone calls are apparently the way to go here. On the phone, they are responsive for parts and getting them quickly. I've also had to do a recall and they were very quick to get it done. I'd avoid their online system since it seems to go nowhere ***END EDIT***After initially having a good experience here with obtaining parts, I have since had a lot of trouble in getting anyone to even respond to me. Over the last two years, I've sent multiple parts request emails or via their parts request web page only to receive no response at all. This latest one was sent 5 days ago, I literally indicated the Sea-Doo part number and item. I don't know what else I need to do. Obtaining a wear ring when the part number is given should not be complicated and should not take 5 days to respond. And like I said, this isn't the first time. I think it's time to move on. Too bad, not many Sea-Doo dealers around.

Would highly recommend, from sales to finance all the staff went up an above. Went through every at pickup and even helped get it secure for the trip home. Amazing summer of trouble free riding and will definitely be back when it’s time for service.

I bought my first motorcycle from Frankie here and it was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and it was a chill time. Very low pressure sales environment. The bike was in great condition. No surprises. Emilie was super helpful in getting the paperwork and payments sorted out quickly. Would recommend to everyone.

Will never use these guys again.Even though their store is open, you can’t arrange pickup after 5 or on a weekend once service is done. And they start charging storage after 5 days even though I was in contact with them several times to try and arrange another time or to let them know when I could get back in during those hours.They masts it’s because people will just leave it there all winter. Obviously not the case given I was in touch with them.They may have made a few bucks from storage fees (very small print on form you sign when you drop off, so be aware!!!) but they will lose that off one purchase as I will never buy anything from them again. Lots of good reputable shops in and around the city to go to instead.

Customer service can be improved on. Was trading in my Honda looking for a Suzuki , ready to buy and literally just wanted a breakdown - what am I paying for and how much. They were just giving me what the payment would be. I understand it’s much easier to “close” on a payment, but if a customer asks, please send them a good breakdown. Then when I asked why they gave me 15 percent interest rate (using a simple payment calculator), the answer was the finance manager can help you with getting a better rate. Advice, start with the best rate off the hop! Ended up purchasing elsewhere as I really didn’t want to play these games.

Brought in my seadoo for winterization. Chris and Olivia were excellent in their service and courtesy. Made me aware that they use biodegradable antifreeze so no worries about flushing out the system in the spring. My first time dealing with Motor Sports World and I’d highly recommend them.

Had a chance to ride few new bikes on a 2023 Suzuki Demo Day yesterday. The place is well organized and staff is knowledgeable and passionate about bike. Suzuki brand definitely makes a statement. Great bikes - good company - reasonable prices = can't ask for more.

The atmosphere is very relaxed and the salesman I am dealing with, (Frankie) and the finance department make you feel like you could sit and leisurely go through a sale transaction. Very helpful in considering budget constraints, etc. All of the staff, including the mechanics, service manager, etc help provide insight on what you are considering on purchasing, as well as the options you can include. Absolutely zero pressure atmosphere. The way it should be?. You guys have definitely won my loyalty.

Fantastic place for all things motorcycle. I've had nothing but great service from parts, to service, to sales and finance. Parts folk have been helpful and knowledgably. Service staff have been top notch in repairs and updates (to the old V-Strum 1000). Sales folks were great at showing me everything, including answering all my question re the new bike (M109R) and the finance office were great at getting me an awesome deal. Thanks.
